.htaccess on windows 2003
 

Im running apache on windows 2k3, and i cant figure out how to set up my htaccess file for more then just ErrorDocument.

I want to redirect .ut! files to a 403 page, and deny access to some directorys by IP address. Ive looked all all over the internet and cant find anything more helpful then some directions that caused a http 500 error on every page >_<

I also want to change the way files are listed in a directory.

Is there a web-based program that i might be able to use to set up .htaccess, like abyss has? Or does someone have directions that actually work?
