There is a janitor in his late fourties around my college who stands around and checks out barely legal girls as they walk past him.

Would you consider this harmless or should I report him?

Look, the guy's a janitor. He cleans shit up. Sometimes ACTUAL literal shit, probably. Let him have his fun.

There's no law against looking, and if he does anything to any of the girls they'll surely report him. I say let the poor guy alone.

Here's an interesting question: Would you consider reporting an older female who checks out young guys?

Why blame those who responded? It's your decision whether or not to do something. Our thoughts shouldn't influence how you do things. If you don't do anything and something ends up happening, you can only blame yourself.
