Yeah, I watched this live on Saturday.
Although he didn't do as many funny things as everyone was hoping for, he still was really entertaining, and Boll still ended up looking like an asshole. |
Man, this stunt had potential. Would've been awesome if some of these guys did some real training despite it being a PR stunt. Seeing Boll come out all serious and getting the tar knocked out of him, then probably trying to sue the guy who knocked him into next week.
Sigh. Guess it won't happen... :( |

Of course Boll is a dick, but what's the point of agreeing to a boxing match and then complaining that someone hit you for real? What did Lowtax expect, that they will just circle around one another for two minutes like two idiots?

I think he expected that it would be a PR stunt, and that Boll wouldn't be hitting him like a red headed stepchild. Which is pretty much what Boll told him. Thus the cause for complaint.
Also, if somebody claims that they will train you, it becomes a commitment to prior engagement, and considering the fact that Lowtax was operating under the pretext that it wouldn't be a real fight, he didn't have any incentive to train in the first place. |
I was watching this live with a few people in some Xelium chat room. The fight may not have been worth the hassle, but the post-fight interview more than made up for it.

I tried to watch this live but the servers couldn't handle the number of people watching it and all I got was buffering and lag. Lowtax fails for not putting any serious effort forth. |

Yeah, there was some serious lag problems going on while I was watching, so I didin't get to see much (then again there wasn't too much to see lol.)

This fight left a sour taste in my mouth. Of course, I didn't expect scrawny Lowtax to give buff Uwe a run for his money, but Jesus Christ, he didn't even deliver any good laugh! I kept expecting him to do something completely off the wall, like jump on Boll's back and pummel his neck, all the while screaming like a little bitch. Running around just didn't cut it.
