Problem with Windows Media Player
1 Attachment(s)
I need some help here now.
My Windows Media Player is a little messed up. When viewing video clips, the lower part of the window is black. I attach an (crappy edited) image in this message. Imagen that the yellow field is the movie. and the other black field can't I get rid of, even though I re-seize the window. What do I do? Re-install Windows Media Player? How do I do that? I'm using WinXP. |
Your movie probably already includes said black border.
or Does this happen with every single movie? |
It happens with all movies.
Could it have to do with that I, at one point, did choose to play a video that Windows Media Player not really supported? |
Have you even tried the video in a different player? I mean, wouldn't this obviously be the first thing to do if you're running into problems with a particular player? That way you could at least rule out a software problem.
I recommend trying VLC or Media Player Classic. |
