The 'Hard Gay Ramen' was just hilarious. I hadn't seen the ones with English subtitles, either. So glad Bakafish did this.

I think the Hard Gay plays Cupid episode is my favorite.

This is one of the few times that I've thoroughly enjoyed anything stupid from Japan. I actually laughed audibly, which doesn't often happen while watching YouTube.

Pokemon and Hard Gay are the best things Japan has ever created.

Yeah, Hard Gay's awesome. I think somebody cosplayed as him at Anime Expo this year. I especially liked the episode where he was hitting on some Japanese pop star (should be one of the subbed episodes).

This is just one of the great things of living in Asia. Japan, Korea, anywhere within the continent, they don't have as many transgender/homosexual issues as there are here in USA. About a year ago, I read an article about a Korean pop group consisting of all male artists one day deciding they all wanted a gender change. I saw more on Fox News about a similar act. Not all at the same time of course.

So, here I am calling it a 'great thing,' I guess that only really applies to people who don't mind these sorts of topics.

You're telling me that Japanese people in general don't have a problem with homosexuals? It seems from your post that you don't realise that HG is not really a homosexual himself. I've heard Japanese homosexuals comment on their displeasure with HG making fun of them, on several occasions, and I mean, I'm not saying that you can't enjoy his skits (personally I love them) and still respect homosexual and such but you better believe that Japan isn't a country where such people aren't being frowned upon.

They don't have issues, as, as far as they're concered these people don't even exist to begin with ;)

I only heard of this guy today, and I'm immediately attracted to this man more than Jack Bauer. He acts a lot like me when I was a little boy.

Hahaha we had a line of people doing the hado-gei dance at my hostel (forfeit for the seniors, figure) and I finally know what the heck "hado-gei" means now.....

I so want the HG ippatsu-whatever thingy. They have them on eBay, but I'm not willing to spend $30+ on importing a [though nifty] worthless toy.

I think I've seen most if not all of his episodes on youtube so far - pretty entertaining stuff, yet it's funny how much restraint he generally has before going too overboard, although the photoshoot one, the "victims" seemed pretty displeased with his constant interruptions. I loved the cooking ones though. <3 Despite his marital status, does anyone know if he's still continuing with these antics?
