Spyware infection help
 

I clicked on some link on a website and my computer got infected with a whole bunch of spyware infections. Does anyone know a good and free anti-spyware program that can get rid of the infections. I don't think they're a major threat because it's one of those random programs that gets set into your system to trick you into buying their product, but I would still like to get rid of it because there's an annoying icon that pops up every minute telling me my computer is infected. Does anyone know how to get rid of that icon as well?

AVG Free Advisor has a free spyware program as well.
