Nip/Tuck: Season 4
 

So season 4 starts tonight and I'm hyped and ready. I'm one of these latecomers to the show since I never caught it when it aired. My friend Eddie only introduced me to this show about 8 months ago and now I'm hooked. I bought the first 2 seasons on DVD and I caught up on season three through the miracle of broadband and torrents. So who actually watches this show? Surprisingly enough I didn't find a thread on this and I'm curious if you guys like an sexed-up, flamboyantly tongue-in-cheek, dark comedic series like this.

If anything, you people should consider this your guilty pleasure.

Yes Enceph I'm right there with you. I didn't catch it as the first 2 seasons were airing, but I watched the 3rd on TV and I'm really excited for season 4 (I have the first episode downloading as we speak). Although yes I would definitely say this is a guilty pleasure show. It is actually pretty racey for TV and really suspenseful, the show DOES seem a little soap opra-ish at times and everything is SOOOO DRAMATIC. But I still love it, and it's great!

EDIT - So I just finished the first episode, and is it just me, or are Sean and Christian totally gay for each other?

That's what I was telling Devo in chat. Yes, it's a trashy TV show; but unlike daytime soaps, this one oozes style!

Um... I want to say yes, but Christian Troy is pretty much how I want to be at his age: Fucking young hotties picked at random bars and snorting lines of coke off their asses in mid-coitus...

Oh don't get me wrong, Christian is straight boller~ pickin' up porn stars, mom and daughter combos, and even his best friends wife. But if you only saw the last 10 minutes of this last episode, you would toally agree. It was just a couple of dudes crying and huging. Also, sage Chistian's ass! Why did we have to see it like 10 times in one episode?

I'm sure there's a clause in his contract that specifies that his ass is shown at least ONCE per episode. Why else would it be there so often?
