Features To Remove?

I'll get to the point:

Keep or remove?

knkwzrd Mar 6, 2006 11:33 PM

I've never even noticed that.

scotty Mar 6, 2006 11:42 PM

I've never noticed it before either, but might as well keep it i guess. On the other hand screw it, its useless amd no one likes it

Tube Mar 6, 2006 11:48 PM

Not sure what the hell I actually voted for in that fucked up poll, but I was attempting to vote for "Yes" as in "Yes, remove that pointless feature."

galen Mar 6, 2006 11:54 PM

Axe it. Who even uses that anyway.

Kaleb.G Mar 6, 2006 11:54 PM

The only way I'd even see using it is if it were in a forum where all of the threads were in a specific order. And we have none of those here.

Megalith Mar 6, 2006 11:57 PM

It's about as useful as the Kitchen forum.

Rydia Mar 7, 2006 12:07 AM

I've never noticed it before, and I much rather like clicking specific threads that are interesting. So removing it wouldn't bother me.

Drex Mar 7, 2006 12:24 AM

I know it's there, but I never make use of it - I like to see what I'm going to be getting into when I read a thread.

Admiral Amara Mar 7, 2006 12:27 AM

I never use it. One time, I did, by accident, and resolved that by clickin "back".

It's a fairly useless feature to me.

Franky Mikey Mar 7, 2006 01:34 AM

It's about as useful as Megalith, why lie.

wishfire Mar 7, 2006 02:01 AM

i've never even known that it was there before, let alone use it. nor would it really be that helpful in this forum, so my vote is on nixing it.

FatsDomino Mar 7, 2006 02:11 AM

Did we have it before?

The same has happened to me as well, possibly twice. Get rid of these mothecuntin links.

TRZD Mar 7, 2006 05:24 AM

I just tried using it for the first time and I don't even understand how it decides what is the next and previous thread, it just seemed to go through some in a random order to me, not really in numerical or forum listing order.

Get rid of it.

So, no, most people don't seem to need it.

That's kinda like the "Start reading" button over at the old Delphi forums, really for people who read EVERYTHING, regardless of the subject. Don't think those exist here and I personally have no use for it.

FEEL FREE TO AXE IT

IT SERVES NO REAL PURPOSE HERE

SWIFT AXE OF JUSTICE

jeremy77 Mar 7, 2006 08:50 AM

I've never used it.

I vote no.

Who reads all of the threads????????????????????????????????????????

jeremy

DukeBox Mar 7, 2006 08:51 AM

Remove.

I've never ever found need for such a thing :p

I've found the "Forum Jump" and also the Forum Path (e.g. "Gamingforce Interactive Forums > Gamingforce Support > Board Support > Features To Remove?") far more helpful... So the Previous/Next Thread function is kinda redundant. Plus since the order of threads is constantly changing anyway, it also makes the Previous/Next Thread function almost useless really :p

russ Mar 7, 2006 01:30 PM

Damn people I use it all the time in my daily life. Keep them, because if you remove them, then you will have in effect be causing negativity in my browsing experience.

{not rly, remove them}

Eleo Mar 7, 2006 01:32 PM

Now that you bring it up, okay sure. I can't say it's ever actually bothered me, however.

Jan Mar 7, 2006 05:40 PM

It's an eyesore. I say remove it!

I've seen that somewhere before but now I can't find it anymore.

It's right below the last post and above the quick reply box in a given thread.
