Questions About Private Journal Entries
 

Didn't they used to show up (to people on your buddy list and to YOURSELF) in the "Recent Entries" column? They don't now, apparently. Also, shouldn't people on your buddy list be able to see if someone has commented in one of your private ChocoJournal entries?

I think they used to show up to everybody, which caused a lot of confusion as some people would spam a private entry, and anyone who wasn't on the buddylist would be left in the dark. It would be a good enhancement if as you suggest, buddies could see when their friends had received comments in a private entry from within the "Recently Commented" list.

Well, yeah...as it is now, no one even knows you've made a private entry, which is ridiculous.

That makes it even more private!

They still show up on the Recent Buddy Entries page, which should be more than sufficient right?

That's how I track all my buddies' journals, and it works just fine to find private entries.
