hey guys m ging to be playing soccer for the first time this year, and i was wondering what are some good tips and advice from people who have played soccer, or who run a lot. ive been jogging everyday, twice aday.

i can jog for about 15 minutes straight which isnt to terrible but can def get better, but i cant sprint or run fast for very long at all, is there a way to practice that? should i?

or should i stick to jogging.

what are some good ways to get better control of the ball and gain a stronger foot. these are just some things id like to know and any hep would be greatly appreciated.

practice, practice and more practice. do things like juggling the ball to improve your control. as for improving your shooting strength, what i used to do was find a nice big, flat wall to kick the ball against. this has the obvious advantage that the ball will come back to you so that you don't have to keep running after it to collect it after each shot. i used to do this for hours every day when i was younger and i now have a shot that roberto carlos would be proud of.

Yeah. Just play a lot. If you can get in some pick-up games somewhere, those are always fun. But by yourself, just juggling and some dribbling is good. Like Casual_Otaku said, kicking a ball against a wall is some good practice. I did that a lot when I was younger. Not just "shots" at the wall though; just hitting it to the wall, reacting to it, and hitting it again (a la pong via feet). This works reflexes or something.
