Messed Up Stuff
 

Im not really sure what exactly happened to my computer but for some reason now when capslock is on its in lower case and when its off its in capitals

Also I cannot type commas and periods because they just show up as < or >
My scroller on my mouse no longer works as well to scroll down a page

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Try pressing the shift key 5 times, click settings and turn off everything thats there.
