Issues with Sendspace

Just a quick question

Does anyone, when uploading to sendspace, have problems browsing the net until uploads are finished?

If you're registered, there's an option you can set so that sendspace limits the speed at which they upload the file from you.

If you're maxing out your upload speed, you're going to have problems browsing the net normally, as the http ack packets (sort of a comfirmation back to the site that you're downloading the page ok) will have a harder time getting through.
