What's an easy way to take screencaps of a WMV-file?

Either

A) turn off Hardware Acceleration in WMP, find your location, print screen.
or
B) find an old copy of VirtualDub (prior to 1.4) and you can load WMV into that.

Or use a decent media player (like VLC or MPC) to take screenshots.
