I live in Canada and it worked for me, but it wouldn't let me send it to the same number twice. Does anyone know if it resets itself each day, or what's the deal?

Unfortunatly you can only send a phonecall the same phone number once. When I first found this, I sent it to my own phone number to test it, and now whenever I try to use my phonenumber (or one of my friends tries) it says, "Sorry, but I've already messaged this phonenumber. choose another."

So choose wisely. Still, all in all it amounts to an almost untraceable prank call. Just put in someone else's number as "your own".
