Coke or Pepsi?
 

An age old question that is hotly debated among people. Which cola do you prefer? Coke-A-Cola or Pepsi? Or do you not care or is there some other type of cola you like better.

As for me, I prefer Coke. Pepsi too me is too sweet, it just tastes like sugar and I like the flavor of Coke a lot more.

Isn't there something called Coca Cola 2 or C2?

I think C2 is just coke with half the carbs and calories, etc... like diet coke, but without that evil diet word.

I'll drink either, but I stick with coke because they have a nicer logo than pepsi. Pretty arbitrary really.

Pepsi is way better to me. I guess that's because I like things when they're a lot sweeter. However, I'll drink them both.

I prefer Coca-Cola. There's something odd about the taste of Pepsi, and I find it goes flat very quickly. The only thing I hate about Coke is the gritty feeling on your teeth after having some.

It really depends on the flavor of the soda. If it's just classic/original, I'd have to go with Pepsi. For example, I prefer Pepsi over Coke for Vanilla flavor, but vice versa when it comes to Lime.

I really like Vanilla Coke over Pepsi Vanilla.

But overall, I like Coke better than Pepsi, mostly because Pepsi has funny taste overtones. Maybe it's the fact that it's sweeter or something.

I'd drink Coca-Cola over Pepsi any day. Pepsi is far too sweet, and it leaves a really nasty aftertaste. My teeth also feel strange after drinking it. Something like this, but it's for Pepsi.

Don't really care.....but I do like RC and Dr. Pepper more then Coke and Pepsi, though.....

Coke - it's the original. So good. Pepsi is just too sweet for me.

They don't taste the same, but at the same time they taste equally good, in my opinion. However, when it comes to Vanilla Coke versus Vanilla Pepsi, Coke wins in my book. Although Coke never had an adequate lemon spinoff, in which case I was buying Lemon Pepsi for a long while.

Now Coke ditched Vanilla Coke (why?!) and is on this Cherry Vanilla fad. I wonder how long it will last. Usually poor flavors die out pretty quickly (Pepsi Blue; aftertaste tasted like vaporub smells), so I don't know why Vanilla Coke was allowed to exist for like, five years, and ten cancelled :(

I find myself to be more of a coke-a-cola person. It has much more bubbly taste to it, it might be just me though.

I don't drink much soda anyway, but I've always preferred Coke. I suppose it's also because I only had Pepsi a few times and still found Coke better.

As stated by others, Pepsi is too damn sweet.

Since there's no apparently discussion going on in this thread (nor does there seem to be much potential for any) I'm going to close it.

And diet pepsi for me. I was using the word 'crisp' to describe it way before their commercials did.
