Upon seeing the thread "Spams" in general, I wanted to make a thread on the other kind of Spam. The original Spam. The one we eat.

Have you noticed how as of late, the types of Spam have been increasing? I remember a garlic flavored one as the most "out there" of the bunch. There's of course Spam Lite and the spicy variety as with almost any food out there.

When I was a kid, spam sandwiches were like the staple of my diet while I was home alone.

I've never had spam, but it looks gross :yuck: to eat some meat out of a can and you can't even tell what type of meat it is...that's just not my idea of a good time :(

Spam cubes in scrabbled eggs, or eggs with grilled spam slices on the side is excellent.

I notice on Gmail that I'm constantly getting adds for recipes with spam. I assume it's because I keep my spam folder clean and it's the only word it can find.
