Since the board got wipped why not start this over then?

The white parts look like the bunny backpack that Io wears. That scene is under a train bridge where Narumi tries to outsmart Io.

As a very basic guess, it looks like some kind of Street Fighter anime, or just some type of fighting anime in general (I said it was basic).

It is from a Street Fighter anime, which one though?

Well, considering I've never seen any Street Fighter anime, I'll just take a guess (this of course is if chato isn't right) and say Street Fighter II: The Animated Movie, since it looks old.

Well, if it is from Street Fighter, I'm pretty sure it's not from Zero (or Alpha as it's known in the US). I don't remember that scene at all from the SFII movie either so I'm guessing it's not from that. Again, the art doesn't seem to fit SFV either........so I guess what I'm trying to say is......I've no clue.

It might even be from Garou Densetsu (Fatal Fury) than SF. That was pretty old......

Well, he did confirm that it was from a Street Fighter anime, so it couldn't be that.

Yup, that's the one! As for the exact scene, it was during when Ryu was in India, that there is Gandi being karated-chopped in the throat by some Shadowloo guy/agent.

I'll take a really wild guess here (I haven't seen the anime) but the pic has the impression that it might be of Resembool, so I say - Fullmetal Alchemist.

Nope, but I'll give a hint: This show is more recent than both shows guessed so far, but has already finished airing in Japan (and it was only 12 episodes).

Hey, that pic reminds me of that one episode of Detective Conan (Case Closed) where the pilot becomes blind during the flight and Conan or someone else with zero flight experience has to make an emergency landing in a school playground......

At least that's what I think......

Yeah, exactly! It's from the 2nd Movie to be precise. If it hadn't been guessed by tomorrow afternoon, I would have posted the other screeshot that occured moments later (attached here) that would have shown Megure and Kogorou inside the chopper.
