I just went vegan. The pics of meat/egg production finally got to me. *shudders* Anyway... I miss my cupcakes.


Anybody know a good vegan cupcake recipe?

@ Bernard: Yes, there are plenty of place on the intarwubs to see recipes.


The vast majority offer no indication of whether or not they taste good. Allrecipes and similar sites have a user review system with *some* data, but they have very few vegan recipes and even fewer people comment on them. I don't want to waste an afternoon making inferior cupcakes, now do I?

If you're vegan, you give up the option on shit "tasting good".

Want to hear something really strange? I was trapped on my commuter train this morning, and out of boredom, I set my Twitter app to read posts by location closest to me using GPS. One of the posts was a link to a recipe for vegan chocolate muffins.
