Well, that is correct, but as I recall, Da Capo was a Romance/Comedy show with some supernatural elements thrown in, Robot Miharu shown above being a good example.

I haven't watched Keitai Shoujo, but a quick google search pointed me to ANN, and that also seems to be a Romance/Comedy show. I'm not sure what you mean by it being the wrong genre.
