Is there a way to access another user's profile data on another hard drive?

I have 2 hard drives: one master, the other slave. The slave hard drive contains data from a user profile that I'm trying to get to, but it won't allow me access to the 'owner's' (user profile) folder.

I have XP Pro on the master drive, but XP Home on the slave.
