I like honey on my bagels with cream-cheese. A rare treat since I rarely use honey for anything else aside from maybe on cornbread.

So whole colonies are just up and dying? This is a prime example of the dangers of living in close quarters.

Ugh, and I've started eating more honey on bread recently...

I never really liked honey, even when I was a kid. Sure, I'd have it occasionally but to me it's just a sticky mess with a weird texture...

Man, I eat quite a bit of honey throughout the week on sandwiches and shakes... Then again my country doesn't have to worry about that sort of downage.

I like honey roasted peanuts. That is about it.

I haven't had honey in a while, now that I think about it. I like putting it on corn bread, and I like eating a little if I have a sore throat (BEST cure for sore throat).

I like honey in warm water when I'm ill with a bit of whiskey. Apart from that i don't use it. My mum likes it on sarnies and my dad puts it on his porridge. So i'm not going to be affected by it much. Wonder why its happening.

From what I had read, it isn't just that honey may be a problem. It's that these bees are used to pollinate various sorts of fruit trees and the farmers are worried about their crops.

Honey is good on bread, in coffee, on cereal... honey is just good, as far as I'm concerned. Although it's not good to eat a lot of it. It's more natural than refined sugar, and as such more healthy if substituted in a measured way.

I hope there's no honey shortage coming to the UK.

Where I grew up a lot of us farmers let the beekeepers run their bees on our land. Yeah, no more bees kind of = no more food for humans to eat, which is kinda serious when you think about it... :erm:
