What time do you generally go to sleep?
For me it's 5:00 A.M. I have to take sleeping pills just to get to sleep, otherwise I'll think, and my thoughts will keep me up.
I usually wake up at about 2:00 P.M. to begin the cycle again, but if I forget to take my pills, it could be later. Last night I was up until 7:00 A.M. so I slept in accordingly. I know the poll options blend, but pick the one that is closer to your range of bed time (if you go to bed at 12:00 P.M., are you more likely to go past that on an off-night, or fall to sleep before?). EDIT: Okay, nevermind, it's not letting me post a poll at all. |

Its nearing 2am and my eyes are getting heavy after encoding and tagging 3 GB worth of albums ._. Though I'm not usually like this on the weekdays (I'll try to get to bed by 10:30pm), otherwise I would fall asleep during all my labs. And that can't be good. |
Since I've been out of school, my sleeptimes have tended to fluctuate. Not day-by-day, but rather week-by-week. For the first few weeks after school ended I always slept at 3~4 am (due to the fact I actually had something to do -- which was play games). Then after a month or so I guess I started sleeping earlier, around 12~2am. Due to not having as much stuff to do. Barring the occasional late, late night, my sleeptimes became earlier and earlier.
For a few weeks I actually slept like "normal", at around 10~11pm. Occasionally, 12~1am. But now, I've started sleeping at 2~3am again. |
I usually get into bed at 2/3AM, though when I actually fall asleep is alot more random. Having some music on quietly seems to help, so that's what I usually do. I do have a "sleep" playlist ~

About 1 AM, which is a very exciting time, as it's the start of a new day. When I've had a shitty day, I think 'WELL THERE'S ALWAYS TOMORROW', so I'll sit on the roof, dressed in pots and pans, waiting till it hits 12 AM. "OH MAN, I HOPE THIS DAY WILL BE EXCELLENT" and I'll spend some time filling my socks with dirt and swing them around for a bit while singing, then fall asleep the instant one hour has passed. I'll wake up with bugs and stuff crawling on my face and get depressed that the day is just as bad as the last.
I am yet to figure out why, perhaps I will think about it as I sit on the roof tonight. |
On normal weekdays when there's school, I go around 11PM. However, I usually cannot sleep until somewhere around 1AM.
On weekends, make it 2-4AM. |
Usually around 1am is when I end up getting to bed - but it all depends on what's going on.

I'll usualy drag myself to bed at about 11PM during the week, and eventualy get to sleep somewhere around 2AM. It's a pain because of getting up for school at like 7:30. At the weekends though i'll usualy go to sleep at abour 3AM. Or the occasional all nighter

Midnight, every night, irregardless. I've been as busy as a one legged man trying to stomp out a forest fire lately, so I feel like shit around the 11pm mark as opposed to mildly groggy at midnight.

3AM, I try to avoid sleeping later than that. Usually wake up between 11AM~1PM, depends on what I have to do. On school nights I try to get in bed by 1AM or else I'm a walking zombie the next day. I actually have to get up at 7AM, so it screws me over if I sleep late.

I try to make myself go to bed at around 12, because I hate waking up so early. I regret playing online games.. which makes my 12 goal into a 3 o clock goal.

On nights when I have classes the next day (usually Sunday-Thursday nights), I try to go to bed around 1AM, but most of the time I wind up distracting myself and don't usually go until about 2AM. On weekend nights and nights when I don't have classes the next day, I usually stay up until about 3AM.

On school nights I'm usually asleep by 10:30-11:00 PM and on weekends I might stay up to 11:30-12:30 PM. I can't operate properly without at least eight hours of sleep, so I adjust my schedule so that I won't be up late doing homework or something because I'm completely useless if I've stayed up late.

Anywhere from 3AM to 6AM. Nightstalker. I don't work until 2PM. On top of that late night/early morning is the only time of the day I have to do anything like watch TV or play games or things like that.

Before I started working full-time, I went to bed at around 1-2 AM during the week and 2-3 AM on the weekends. Now, during the week, I hit the hay sometime between 11 and 11:30 PM and stay up until around 12:30-1:30 AM on the weekends.

When I have class the following day, I try to sleep between 11 and midnight. The same time usually applies if I happen to have an appointment or if I have to go somewhere very early in the morning. Otherwise, I go to bed whenever I feel tired.

Somewhere between 4am and when the sun comes up. I have a hard time sleeping at night as that's when I'm most alert and cheerful. The more of the day I can sleep away the happier I am. Course with waking up at 10am or so most mornings I tend to be a bit sleep deprived.

Non-School Nights: In bed and asleep anywhere from 12:30 AM to 2:30 AM, and up by 11:00 AM. I'm usually out within 10 minutes of hitting the pillow, and that's with no pills. |
I usually go to bed between 2am and 3am. It doesn't matter what time I have to go to work either. I can't seem to bring myself to go to bed any earlier (unless I'm sick or not feeling well). Lately, for the past couple of days, I've been slowly approaching 4am despite the fact I have to be up by 8am for work. I'm going to retrain myself once school is over.

I can't go to sleep any earlier than 1:30AM, fuck knows why I just can't. The latest I've passed out is probably 5AM only to get up at 7AM to go to work.
I don't know id anybody else is like this but if I get up late then I'm miserable throughout the day no matter how much sleep I've had. |

I go to bed on weekdays at around 3:00-3:30am. Of course, after my first class is over at 9:00, I go back to my room and sleep until 11:50 where I get up and rush to get to my next class at noon. Weekends I'm usually in bed around 5:30 or 6:00am. I sleep until 3:00pm though.

I really wish I could sleep at 11 P.M. like last year, or even 1 A.M. like a couple of months ago. It's now 3 A.M. since summer break beckons and it's too tempting to just idle away on GFF and other computer stuff until 3 A.M. I'll get ready at 1 A.M. but then I'll close my door and turn the light off and just type or read right until my eyes hurt. Then I shut down right at 3 A.M. (start to think: "this is terrible and too late" then try to sleep even though my eyes have just been really active. If it's not the computer, then it's trying to max, but ultimately failing, the Lumines counter.

Since I graduated high school in 2000 I started going to bed anywhere from 2am-5am. I'd say the good average is 3am.

Depends on my schedule. If I have class early, I sleep earlier (after Conan's intro monologue, earlier if it's a rerun). If I have class later, I sleep later (3AMish).
On weekends I sleep for 13 hours, until I have a headache, or when my dog bothers me enough that I take him out to go pee. But even then I throw a sweater over my PJs, go downstairs, then come back up and pass out again for another number of hours. |

Waking up varies. On Sundays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays, I wake by 8 am (so if I'm up I just stay up). The other days I wake up between 10 and 11 am. I get to pull off naps somtimes on Tuesday and Wednesday afternoons. They're usually about 2 hours. |

Sometimes I am on the phone until, like, 2am on weeknights. But on the weekends, I try to push 4am if I can. And then sleep all fucking day. God, I love sleeping. But yea, I usually get about 7 hours of sleep during the week. Which pisses me off, but I am an idiot so. |

It depends if i actully have something to do next day. If I do, then I'll try to get maybe 7 hours of sleep. If not, I suaully go to bed at around 2 to 3AM and wake up around 1PM. Unless I'm dead tired, but that's another story.

My schedule is madness. Ideally I would go to bed before 12AM and wake up early in the morning, but that just doesn't happen for me. I stay awake until about 4AM-6AM and sometimes later, and then sleep into the afternoon. Today was special because I went to bed at 5AM and managed to wake up by 12AM.
I'm generally a zombie with any less than ten hours of sleep. Don't know why. But yeah, this abnormal sleep schedule actually has me down; but it seems like even when I try to correct it, I end up back in it anyway. |

I generally go to bed between 11:00 - 1:00 during the week. It depends on the day and how I'm feeling, and whether or not I've worked until 12:00. Sometimes if I get home at 12:00 I can't sleep until 2:00ish. I usually get up at around 8:00, unless I have Jazz Band practice, then I get up at 7:20-30.
Weekends is a whole nother story, usually I'm not asleep until 3:00 on weekends, and sleep until 11:00-12:00, unless I go to church, then I get up at 9:00. |

I try to wake up around 10 am even if I don't have anything to do. On Tuesdays and Thursdays I have class at 9:30 so I get up around 8:30. I actually get up earlier during the summer since I don't like sleeping in and feeling like I wasted a day.

Nearly always sometime between 11-12 PM. I don't have any problems with falling asleep, so I don't have to take any sleep pills. However, normally I should go to bed at around 10 PM. I have to get up at 5:45 AM, since German school starts at 7 AM here. Pity me. :(

During the school year, I try to go to bed before 2AM on weekdays, since I usually have to get up by 6:30. Over the summer or on weekends, my bedtime falls somewhere between 1AM and 4AM, and I make up for that and my lack of sleep during the schoolweek by waking up at 2PM. I need to get rid of this habit!

It's been a few years since I've had to get up earlier than 9 on a regular basis for anything. God, I don't know what I'm going to do when that changes.
When I have to get up at 9 the next day, I'll go to bed at 3-5 AM. On weekends I'm at 4-6 AM, waking up at 2-3 PM. I don't even try to go to bed until I'm actually having trouble staying awake; at least I don't waste time trying to fall asleep (I hated that). So yeah, it takes a lot for me to change my bed time even a little. I do surprisingly well on the occasional 4 hour night, although done more than once or twice in a row and it reeeally catches up. On weekends, 8-10 hours of sleep seems very natural to me, and 11-12 hasn't been all that uncommon. I believe some of us are addicted to the night owl way of life, and there's no going back. |

I'm usually in bed by 10:00pm everyday, but I do get up very early at around 6:30am. Rather than working until late, I prefer to sleep and work in the morning with a refreshened mind. I've always slept early and rose early, and I think it's a good habit to follow. Although, sometimes gaming commitments requires me to stay up later, but it's never past midnight.

I usually go up to my bed at 11 ish. Then I sit there, draw my webcomic, read a book, do whatever for a long time, and then sleep around 4. Then I get up at 7 to go to school.

Since school is out for me, I've been pushing almost 4am everyday, despite having to work the next day. Thank goodness I don't have to work tomorrow or I would be toast!

I go to sleep whenever sleep beckons, which can lead me to have irregular or even irrational sleep times. Doesn't bother me though, because as long as I have a couple hours of a day remaining I can get all my shit done and then lounge around later on.
Drama/Rage is a much better fuel than any energy drink is, FYI. |
Usually around 12 AM for me, mainly because I have a limited download service thing going on, so I set some pretty large downloads to go while I'm asleep, in my internet downloads' off-peak time. All the shows on TV I like are usually on at around 11 anyway, so I guess two birds with one stone, eh?

Lately I've been going to bed at around 2am... Mainly due to uni and the insane amount of study we're needing to do at the moment.
I used to go to bed at ~10pm, but then would find that it would take me ~3hours to get to sleep anyway... So I slowly started using those 3hrs do something productive rather than stare at the ceiling waiting for sleep to come. Now it usually only takes me 30mins to 1hr to get to sleep cos I completely drain my body :p I find I can get by on ~5hrs sleep per night, although ideally I try to get 7-8hrs sleep per night (10hrs sleep on weekends ^___^ <3 weekends ^__^ ) |

I'm mildly insomniac (always have been, really), so I've found that lately I've been hitting the sack around four or five in the morning. Not so bad during the summer, but during school semesters with eight AM classes? Not so cool.

I go to bed at 10.30 every night and usually fall asleep at around 11.45. Outside of term: I go to bed anywhere between 3 and 6 AM and fall asleep immediately. I'm a nocturnal being. I tend to sleep through most of the day when I can. |
I go to bed whenever I'm really tired and sleepy, so there really isn't a set bed time for me, but I'd try to go to bed at least by 2AM during school terms since I have to have at least 5-6 hours of sleep in order for my brain to function right, haha. Other than that, I usually don't go to bed until 5 or 6AM during weekends, and then sleep 'til 2 or 3 in the afternoon.

I don't pull that 3am-4am stuff that I used to do during school anymore. I usually try to go to bed between 11pm and 12am. At the very latest on days I don't work, I got to bed a little after 1am. When I'm off or don't have to work in the morning, I go to bed around 2am.

depends.... i get off work at 1:30am, so I will go to sleep between then and 4am, my bf is overnight and useally stays at his house after work, but he sometimes want to come home, so I will stay up to pick him up and go to be at 8am.

I went to bed last night at about 4 am-ish, and it just fucked the rest of my day; had to take a nap today from 5 pm to 8 pm to get my mind back in one piece. I think now on weekends I'll call it a "day" at 1 am.

If I have to get up for University at 9 then I am usually in bed at about 12, otherwise I go to bed at 2. I have been struggling to sleep lately because I can't stop coughing in bed so I don't sleep until 4. Can't help but feel I could spend these hours doing something productive.

I'm convinced I have a fucked up circadian rhythm. Each day I don't sleep about 30-1hr later than I did the previous day. Eventually I find myself awake during 7~9AM. At this point I either stay up until that evening or go to sleep and force myself to wake up in a few hours so that I am sleepy later that evening. But of course my sleeping schedule will slowly fall back into disarray :(

I normally sleep around 12-1am. During finals, about a month ago, it was 2-3am. Since I've got a new job recently, I have to be in bed by 10pm the latest. Get about 7 hours of sleep before I have to wake up.

Usually about 1-1:30AM. I work until 11, and try to squeeze in a little game/internet time before I go to sleep. Funny thing is, no matter when I go to sleep, I always wake up by 8.

Well it really depends on what is happening the following day. If I have work the next day then its will usually be around 10pm-11pm, but if its a free day like a weekend or a day off then around 1am.

All depends from what I will be doing next day. If I have work then I have to wake up at 7:30 AM. Then I usually go to slap when all the fun stuff ends, all new episodes of Anime area already seen and no online gaming cause of lack of space on my HDD LoL!! I go to sleep around 2-3 AM (Lineage 2 C4 takes Up to 7.5GB so it's hard to keep it on 40GB drive...).
If I have awesome game on PS2 like FF XII or other interesting titles I usually go to sleep at 4-5 AM after slapping my self saying "Go to Sleep biach!". When there is school next day I have to wake up at 6 AM so I can't sit to long and sleep at school so I usually finish at 1-2 AM. The best thing is when I stick my hands to some new awesome game that will suck me in like a twister and don't want to let go till morning. My mother come in to the room and ask: "Oh you're already awake?" I say: "Erm yeah LoL!!" =D. One and only basic rule for me is that I can't go to sleep before midnight. I just can't sleep till 00 AM. Don't know why =) |
Well thanks to my new schedule at my job, I definetely have a messed up sleeping schedule. As Chibi Neko has said, I'm working overnights at the moment, so I'm working from 11:00 pm to 7:30 am.
Most days I'll usually go to bed around 11:00 am - 12:00 pm it all really depends on how tired I am after my shift at work is done. I'll usually wake up anywhere from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm, as long as I get my 5 hours of sleep I should be good to go for another work day. On my days off, in all honesty I could fall asleep at any time, I don't really have any set time, I guess its whenever I get tired. i don't think i would know what to do with myself if I ever ended up working a regular 9-5 shift, so I suppose I can have a regular sleeping schedule. |
Usually I go to bed whenever I feel sleepy... that normally happens around
2am - 3am, but it's not a rule... |
during the school year i usually go to sleep around 10:30 to 11:00. when i don't have school it's usually 12:00 to 2:00. then i wake up around noon so i get plenty of sleep. i'm not an early riser.
