MOTHERFUCKING SPRING CLEANING. Scrubbed down the sides of the house with chlorine, re-stained both the front and back deck, and put a new layer out on the driveway.

Shit is tiring. Though now all I gotta do is maintain the lawn weekly and the place looks good as new.

Lots and lots of gardening. Lots of weekend projects. MORE PAINTING. The painting never stops around here.

Trying to grow some grass in some stupid (chemical burned) parts of the yard, thanks to the previous fuckwit owners. Attempting to come up with a plan to tackle the GIANT BLEMISH in my yard that was once a pool spot. 3 cubic yards of dirt, here I come.

I would very much like to put together my fire pit and have a fire, but I cannot do this until that stupid pit is resolved.

I didn't get a chance to do much of anything during Spring since it basically lasted 8 hours here. It was pretty fun while it lasted, I pulled some weeds. Bang zoom.

The self-conscious singers in my neighbourhood always hate it when Spring comes around.

My spring has consisted of staying inside. It's been very hot lately - in the low 90s all week. I'm still adjusting from the unseasonably cold winter we had. We had measurable snow 4 times in Dec-Jan. Yeah, no big deal, right? Well, I live 30 mi from the Gulf of Mexico. So there.

My poor central air unit has been running nearly non-stop. =(

I'll be doing some hikes and such. Thinking of taking up rock climbing this spring/summer season.

I'm easing back into work after a happy winter spent sitting on my arse playing computer games.

Stuck indoors trying to cram as much biology and chemistry as possible into my tiny heat-shrivelled brain. Spending at least 4 and a half hours a week stuck on trains with drunken scouse Races revellers. Ayyyyyy.

Acting like a complete grease-monkey with my motorcycle. Just got a new gas tank for it, chain needs tightening and oiled, needs an oil change and new tires. Then riding as much as I can.

... when I'm not stuck in work staring out the window at the nice weather :(

Recuperating from a cold I got last week.

Took this week off. Cleaned the apartment (80% done), swept and mopped the floors, bleached and scrubbed the shower, cleaned the stove (though not so much the oven), washed the car (which is now completely covered in pollen), vacuumed it out, threw out some old clothes, bought some new ones, cooked dinner and smoked a pipe on the front stoop while drinking a Hoegaarden.

I have done these things in tandem no less than seven times in the past few weeks.

Is there any better spring beer than Hoegaarden?

I have to go ahead and disagree with you there.

Because you can mix Hoegaarden with Fruli, where as Dupont can't.

I've pretty much got all my spring cleaning done in late March. I can't really say its been much of an exciting spring. When I get home from work, I'm just too tired I really don't want to do anything.

It also doesn't help that the two weeks I've been home out of the last 6 weeks, I might of had a day and a half of good weather. Its been totally fucking misery nothing but fog, rain, drizzle, cold, and mostly just miserable weather.

I guess the big thing is preparing for the first renovations of the basement in June. For the most part my spring has just been working a lot, playing games a lot and just doing the same routine things I always do when I'm home.

I'm suffering from sinus issues about every other day. Horrible headaches, etc.

I hate spring like no other. This one especially.
