Pseudobabble (PseudoBabble - Home) is a java-based sentence-making game! Sometimes you must make sentences according to a theme, sometimes not. The game provides you with a pool of words (plus punctuation and some suffixes), and you click-and-drag them into the sentence bar.

I've added everyone I can remember showing up and anyone with a username I recognize in the newest registrations list — anybody I missed, yell at me.

I wish we could make private rooms as well Devo, but as it is the occasional Goon incursion is much better than dealing with a stream of clueless pubbies we'd get using the other rooms.

Besides, the dictionary used for the goon rooms is much more expansive to say the least.

I played that a while ago. It was plenty fun, even with the bitter housewives, who didn't like my misuse of irregular verbs as nouns.

I forgot to mention that I'm Manablade on there, so you can add me to the list.

Also from now on I guess we'll use Somewhere Worse for GFF games, since the goons got all creepy and possessive about Somewhere Awful. The room's empty 99% of the time, and I guess they prefer it that way. :(

Fuck that. The game's main draw lies in turning perfectly innocent words into the foulest shit imaginable. The obscene wordset drains every last bit of joy out of it. Plus, there's no way for the goons to maintain pathetic dominion over their "private" room; if they bitch and moan to the admin about outsiders then he'll probably throw a tantrum and delete the place again, and none of us want that to happen. They're not even paying for the privilege of having their own space, FFS.

Nah, Crash, the name disappearing thing was the game just vomiting. Judging by the SA thread about the game there was a massive influx of goons who proceeded to write filthy things that ended up on the front page. The reason SA has their own space now is due in part to it being excluded from the main page. They have already lost it once before.

No, the game is just extremely poorly coded (ie, it's Java) and falls the fuck apart for no reason on a routine basis. As far as I know the only "admin" is the guy running the site itself and for the most part he'd rather piss on a goon than help one.

I think that was just a case of a server-side hiccup. It's happened to me a few times.

As mo0 said, the only reason Somewhere Awful exists is down to the game's bored-housewife audience having taken mortal offense to the sudden influx of butts and fisting a few months ago - the admin only set it up as a measure to keep the filth separate. That they're being so protective of something they have no real say on is awfully pedantic. Some kind of bitchfest occurred a while ago that resulted in the room being deleted, and I believe it was only restored after the owner was inundated with belligerent goons demanding an explanation/calling him a cocksucker. Yay GBS!

Summary: Keep occupying the place; there's shit-all they can do about it and it really doesn't make much of a difference - if anything they should be glad to have more people for them to play with. I think the main thing that annoys them is that a cohesive group of people from another community are hanging around, and they feel that we're contesting their turf.

In any case, it's too bad that crash happened the place is deserted now.

Edit: I like those odds.
