Well from there where I come from, people are often dancing like this on streets when they hear music with their I-Pods or walkmans. For me they are just a few guys having fun :D

That was simply brilliant. I like the part where they did the conga line.

To be honest, I didn't find it very funny. It's one of those things you would laugh to if you were actually there witnessing it.
