Do you buy used games/consoles?

I do. Sometimes. It depends on the item, really. There's some games which you won't be able to find brand new anymore, but for stuff you can purchase in stores I usually won't.

As for consoles. FUCK THAT SHIT. Do you know what they've done to the console or handheld prior to you finding it? Do you know why they're selling it, whether it has anything wrong with it, or whether they've dropped it by accident? No, and you probably won't know even if you asked. It's too risky when it comes to consoles and handhelds.

I don't mind that much for games, but I don't buy Greatest Hits/Platinum games. Buying mainstream titles second hand is just stupid, since you can pick them up from everywhere pretty cheap after awhile.

What about you?

Best of luck finding a brand new Sega CD-X, or a new Super Nintendo for that matter. Sometimes you used is your best/only option for consoles, Lix.

TheKnightOfNee Oct 18, 2006 04:57 AM

Only for things that I can't find new anymore. Otherwise, I'm buying it new, because I can trust myself to take care of it in the long run. Sometimes you can find stuff used in good condition, but you can't always tell if it really is in that great of condition or not, and I don't like taking the chance.

Chairman Kaga Oct 18, 2006 05:49 AM

I had no choice but to buy a second hand Dreamcast (*sniff*) and Saturn - as others said, I couldn't buy them brand new.

It was worth getting a Saturn for NiGHTS only (which I got with it, plus the analog controller).

Go buy Dragon Force. Right fucking now.

As for buying used games and consoles, yes! I am not made of money, so I will go for the cheapest option. I buy used games almost exclusively, and my Gamecube is used. All my other consoles are new though, I think.

edit: and by new, I mean new when I bought them. Of course.

CD-X yeah, but Super Nintendo no. I've seen a bunch of PAL SNES consoles down here, sealed even, selling for under $20 US. But this was about 4 years ago. There was so many it seemed like they rereleased the console over again, but apparently not.

Dragon Force is godlike. I have an absolutely cherry copy of the Astea disc version. SO NICE.

Fluffykitten McGrundlepuss Oct 18, 2006 08:19 AM

I always buy games second hand if I can. So long as the box isn't broken and the disc's not too scratched, you might as well have it half the price. I wouldn' tbuy a console second hand if a new one was available though, if only because I've seen how some people treat their consoles. I'm not precious about mine but I'm still using my original PS2 and my first PS1 lasted a good five years of heavy abuse before the motor gave up.

Infernal Monkey Oct 18, 2006 08:19 AM

Over half my collection is second hand stuff. Some of my favorite games have been pre-dry humped! Obviously most of it is older cartridge based stuff I've picked up at garage sales (which are basically invincible), but there are some real recent gems to be found in the clogged overpriced sewerage factories that are EB every now and then.

As long as the disc isn't scratched to hell and there's an instruction manual and box that isn't broken into a thousand bits, it's good to go. I usually clean the cases up anyway when I get home. Like an old woman.

I remember seeing shrink-wrapped copies of Dragon Quest for the SNES when I was in Japan last year, at Den Den Town, in Osaka. I was surprised.

Freelance Oct 18, 2006 08:38 AM

I don't like buying anything used. If the game is available everywhere, I'll buy it new. I don't trust used stuff, even if it looks shiny and almost new.

If I am really looking forward to a game, I'll get it as soon as possible at regular price. If it's a game that looks interesting but I'm not hyped about it, I usually wait for a bit before purchasing, but sometimes I end up not getting it at all.

Are your copies of AC4 and AC5 pre-humped? :(

Infernal Monkey Oct 18, 2006 08:53 AM

AC4 is! And in a way I'm kinda glad, because I couldn't find it new anywhere at the time. :]

Golfdish from Hell Oct 18, 2006 09:13 AM

Always...Gamestop's "Buy 2 Get 1 Free" are when I come out and party the hardest (although I admit I always buy more games than I ever have time to play). I've only had scratching issues with a handful of games...The original Wild Arms and my Growlanser Generations has a scratch on GL 2 that makes the game freeze when the voices are on.

Only preowned system I own is my Saturn and it's worked fine for 8 years. That and the $10 GBC I got for my mom. I would never buy a Sony console preowned (especially seeing the condition of most used ones are that are brought in).

Kamui Oct 18, 2006 09:27 AM

I have no problem buying my games (never bought a used system) second hand. I am always careful about their state and require pics of the box, the manual and of course the disc/cartdridge.

Most of the times, I get games in pristine condition for a fraction of the price if I bought it new.

Phoque le PQ Oct 18, 2006 09:49 AM

the only brand new game I ever bought was FF8, when it got out. Otherwise, I buy them used; much less expensive.

fiercedeity Oct 18, 2006 12:20 PM

New or 2nd hand doesnt matter too much to me anymore. If the game is on the disc and its half the price, then I think you would be stupid to buy it brand new, why pay more for the same thing, even if its a little tattered or summat.

However.... (Big echoey voice on that however)

I will never buy a pre pwned Final Fantasy game. I love the fact that it is the first time it has been played and by me. No one else has touched this copy and the adventure is all mine! Plus I have some crazy notion that my FF collection is going to be worth something in like 5 years :D

nazpyro Oct 18, 2006 12:32 PM

For the most part, I try to get stuff new because I like "complete" packages. In game stores, I only get new games. I think the only used game I got in-store ever was Parasite Eve for PSX. Otherwise, it's been all new.

However, I'll get harder-to-find/old titles used, of course, off eBay, such as my steadily growing SNES collection. With that said, a fair share of my consoles were used. My SNES was given to me by my uncle, but he used it for a while. I bought a used GameCube bundle off eBay (the only thing I ever bought used that could've been bought new), and that has yet to fail me. I got a used Dreamcast after helping a friend repair a bunch of the consoles he had lying around. I plan on getting a used N64 bundle eventually (maybe I can find one of thsoe sets that include 50+ games or something ridiculous :p). So, yeah: old stuff get bought used. Duh.

Except if you're talking about Gamestop they aren't half price. It's more like 5% off which in most cases isn't worth it for me.

You could always try half.com. Prices will still be high but you don't have to bid, you just outright buy it.

As for me, I never buy games used if I can avoid it. People are too careless with their own property. It's like impossible to rent a DVD or Game that won't skip from the previous renters scratching it up so why would I trust preowned games? I have no problem buying used handhelds but I will never buy a used console, consoles are too delicate to buy a preowned one. You drop a gameboy, it's probably gonna be ok. You drop a PS2 and you know something came loose and it's gonna die out on your eventually.

I used to buy games used all the time during the NES and SNES days, but cartridges seemed alot more resistant to stupidity damage.

map car man words telling me to do things Oct 18, 2006 12:59 PM

I do. I'm beginning to think I buy most of my games used, new games are far too expensive for my rate of play. Americans have it easy with game prices.

Anyway, I used to shy away from second hand titles because that always meant missing or coffee stained manuals, cracked cases and dirty, scratched discs. However, my local game store checks every disc surface someone brings in and won't even accept a game if it has a scratch, because they want to offer only games that work 100%, so lately I've not had to worry about scratched discs at all.

The only times I've had to has been when I've bought something from an auction, for instance huuto.net. I recieved an extremely busted up Guardian Heroes years ago from ebay and though it worked alright, the seller had said disc surface quality was 3/5 which was such a blatant lie I never trusted a vendor again.

Acacia Oct 18, 2006 01:12 PM

The only new games I have are the ones people have bought for me as gifts.

I *always* buy used games. I'm a real cheapass, so I'd always rather have the best deal, even though it may not come with the manual or box (which is, personally, fine with me, unless it has pretty artwork).

I don't really see the big deal with buying games new; if you wait for a bit, then price'll eventually come down, even though it's in good condition.

Solis Oct 18, 2006 01:18 PM

I buy quite a few used games. I'm a budget shopper through and through, and while I've gotten a ton of cheap new games and prefer them, I also have quite a collection of used ones I've gotten from pawn shops and to a lesser extent Gamestop/EB (EB was nice when they used to sell used PC games, Gamestop's prices are usually a bit high for used unless you can get in on some kind of deal). Generally I find games in good condition used, there's only been a few that haven't worked right or had really noticable scratches, and most of those I ended up trading into Gamestop for more than I paid for them. Although it's partially also a morality issue since effectively buying used games isn't really any better than piracy to the people that made the game, since they aren't getting any money off of the sale.

For systems, I virtually always buy new systems now, with two exceptions: I got a used Gamecube in a pawnshop for pretty cheap (still works fine to this day, and looked to be in good condition) and I also got a backup Dreamcast in case my main one that I bought on launch day goes out, although it's still doing just fine. The new systems I don't trust much to buy used though, they really don't seem like they would handle being misused very well so I don't plan on picking them up unless they're factory sealed.

Domino Oct 18, 2006 01:22 PM

I buy used games all the time. I don't see the point of buying a brand new game, when I am also able to buy it when it has been used. Some of the games that have been used may not be in perfect condition, but if it worls, and will save me some money, then I will buy it. I don't pay over the odds for games, and if I can get it used, and save a few quid then I will.

Dogen Oct 18, 2006 01:34 PM

I'm buying more used games than I used to, and most of them are from ebay. Most pre-owned stuff is usually so cheap on there, and I don't mind auctioning my old games on it either, because you always get more than any trade-in would give you.

But my experience with buying pre-owned has been great, mostly.

If I have to buy new I'll go to Gamestracker.co.uk, just for cheapest deal. Generally good for PAL.

Shenlon Oct 18, 2006 02:03 PM

I'm poor so yes, I've bought used games and a used xbox.
I dont care if I get a used console as long as it last me and my xbox has lasted me for a good time.
When I buy games they come with an annoying sticker thats frustrating to rip off becuase it leaves the case sticky and ugly.
I hate the fact that when you sell a new game that you payed a full 50$ for, they give you around 15$ for it and then they sell it for around 44$.

Haruhi Oct 18, 2006 02:38 PM

I used to buy a lot of used games, but I try to avoid that nowadays if I can get a new sealed copy.

People don't seem to know how to NOT mistreat their games most of the time. Whenever I see a used title, the booklet is filled with weird stains, the discs seem to have been sandpapered and the boxes... sometimes they aren't even included >___>; Do they use their games/boxes/booklets as coasters and doorstops? geesh...
I also dislike it when some stores put stickers on them. :/

Of course, I have to be less picky with older/rare games.

cubed Oct 18, 2006 02:53 PM

The only used games I bought were from friends, or off ebay at 0.01$, which I only bought for music ripping purposes (I got every single Turok games that way, all system mixed, even including the GB ones). I usually buy new though.

Chaotic Oct 18, 2006 04:17 PM

I'm more of a used game guy. They wouldn't be selling the game if it didn't work. But I have had a couple of bad run-ins with used games like with my struggle for Dark Cloud 2. Bastards at EB sold me a demo disc. I returned the next day demanding a refund. Then I turned to Gamestop where they had a used one. Go figure that didn't work, so I went to anothe Gamestop and just bought a new copy. Haven't had any troubles since.

Helloween Oct 18, 2006 05:09 PM

I buy games and consoles used almost exclusivley. It's so much cheaper, and for some reason, even new consoles only have about a two month wait before they're available second hand somewhere. Also, i know a bunch of places that sell used games for dirt cheap. I only started buying new games recently, when i came into some money, and now that i'm employed again.

Kesubei Oct 18, 2006 07:55 PM

Most of my game purchases are from the 16 and 32-bit eras, and most of what's left nowadays is used. It really isn't a problem, though; compared to those dirty-ass Americans, most Japanese seem to treat their game equipment like fine china.

Newbie1234 Oct 18, 2006 09:08 PM

I'll buy used copies of games that have been already released for awhile, but very rarely of a game that is just released. You'll save only a couple of dollars, and you have better peace of mind.

Simo Oct 18, 2006 09:24 PM

New if possible just because of the peace of mind that I'm the only one who's played it. I'm just picky that way.

I will go with used games though if a title is either rare/hard to find but I generally try to avoid used games.

Rockgamer Oct 18, 2006 11:24 PM

I try to stay away from used games like the plague, but I'll concede if it's a really hard game to find new (most recently this happened with the original Mario vs Donkey Kong, which I had been trying to find new for for almost six moths before I finally broke down and bought a used copy for $20). Consoles though, I'd probably never buy one used, unless I was getting it from a friend (since I could hunt them down and hurt them if something was wrong with it).

Since most games get cheap no later than a year after they come out, I see no reason to buy a game used because it's cheap. I have such a large back log of games anyway that I don't mind waiting for a game to get cheap before I buy it.

bahamuty Oct 19, 2006 02:02 AM

I always buy my consoles new. I sell off previous consoles when moving to the next gen. So I don't have any of my old school games. I feel tempted to buy older consoles again sometimes but I just use emulators when I have an urge to play Snes, Genesis etc. I wouldn't want old beat up ones anyway. In the case of Sega Saturn. I owned a used one for a while because I needed to play Panzer Dragoon Azel and Dragon Force II.

As for games I prefer to buy new, but I'll buy used if their condition is good.

Rydia Oct 19, 2006 11:38 PM

I've only purchased used games. It's been a long time since I've gone out to take a look at what's available at the local game store, but sometimes I'm able to find some used games that are under $10 and difficult to find normally. All the used games I've played have worked from start to finish, so I've been lucky up to now.

mortis Oct 20, 2006 12:04 AM

I have gotten many used games. Many times, it's the only way I can find a particular game. Furthermore, if I go to pawn shops, I can find quite a few rare gems like Cvania SOTN.

Systems though, no. It seems senseless to not pay an extra twenty or thirty U.S. for a new system.

Lady Jedi Oct 20, 2006 01:05 AM

I tend to go for used games since I usually don't have the budget to always buy new and I can wait for some games to come down in price. However, if its something I must have, like "Resident Evil 4", then I buy it as soon as I can get my hands on it, regardless of new or used. Of course, I do run into the situation where I have scratched discs or (and I really hate this) no instruction manual or missing/mangled pages (maybe I'm weird but I like reading the instruction manuals that come with games).

I do buy used consoles as well. I haven't run into any major problems (yet).

electric_eye Oct 20, 2006 07:43 PM

I'm a cheap a$$ gamer, so I buy used games/consoles. My first SNES got stolen so picked up a 2nd hand that was years ago. Most recently I bought a Game Boy Color so I had something to do on the bus. It's been a long time since I bought something new, I remember I got Suikoden IV with my new PS2 console and that was not a good memory. I'm like 5 years behind gaming if there's such a thing, but a game's a game, I play, I have fun.

Ryuu Oct 20, 2006 07:54 PM

I try not to, because I'm one of those people who wants to buy just new games, but those games that end up being hard to find are where that mindset changes.

Basically if I have the choice between new or used, I'd buy new. However, if the game is hard to find and I can only find used, then I'll buy it used. I don't like buying games from the Internet, so I guess I miss out on those "new" games, but the quality of my used games are usually really good.

No scratches, no marks, no tears, etc. on used games is a must.

egokun Oct 21, 2006 06:45 AM

I do buy them, yes. Since I started paying my own money for games, I quickly learned that I cannot possibly get everything brand new. I go for brand new games, maybe on release day, when the game is absolutely unmissable - the others can wait. I've bought used games off eBay at times, never had a problem, of course the box isn't sparkling new, but I can accept that when I want an NTSC copy of a game that's been released too long ago, as happened with Kingdom Hearts (bought the PAL version, found it indecent, then went on playing other things and when I wanted to try KH again, I went NTSC).
I live in Italy and there's a games shop in my city that sells used games, but they'll only take in games in very good condition, so I often buy secondhand games from them and I've always been happy. Scratchless CDs-DVDs, boxes and manuals in near-pristine condition.

The Wise Vivi Oct 21, 2006 01:42 PM

I bought use SNES almost all the time in the late 1990s. Most people had upgraded to the Playstation and N64 by 1996/early 1997, and I found tons of games at garage sales and whatnot. I bought Civilization for $10.... and must have put in hundreds of hours playing. Even to this day, I still play Civilization games (IV most notably) and I still own the many games I bought used.

I also bought a PS2 used (about a month of usage), that was kind of a bad idea. Within about 8 months, I started having problems with it... :( Although, I don't know how much a new one would have faired.

devilmaycry Oct 21, 2006 03:04 PM

I just got myself a won an auction for a used Dreamcast today, let's see if it's in good shape.

speculative Oct 21, 2006 04:03 PM

I buy used games now & then. Since I've gotten more into Ebay than I used to be, I don't buy many used games from Gamestop anymore. I used to have a 10% off discount card that I did use a bit though. There are only 2 types of used games: "like new," and everything else. I'm not interested in the "everything else" category, and when I pick up something that's been taken care of like I would have taken care of it, it's like new anyway except for cheaper. How can you go wrong with that?

The only thing that I've been disappointed with lately is that many of the DC games I've gotten off of Ebay have been in much worse shape than described. For example, games described as "mint" have a crack all the way down the front of the CD case, sticker gunk where a sticker had been pulled off the front of the case, a water-soaked-then-dried manual, and millions of little swirls on the disk. Sorry, but that is NOT mint. I don't mind paying for what I get but I have found it difficult to judge which items are worth bidding on in that realm...

If the CD/DVD is scratched, I just run it through my scratch repair rig. If it still doesn't work I just return it. I have done this with 2 games I got from Gamestop that didn't work even after several runs on the scratch repair kit. After all, I never look at the bottom of the CD so as long as it works it's fine.

JackyBoy Oct 22, 2006 07:34 AM

I bought my Platinum Gamecube used. I think I payed $150 for it. I was good friends with the guys who worked at the store and they assured me it was like new. I guess the guys who bought originally were all like, wtf this isn't a PS2, and took it back like a week later. Score.

In a kinda way my PS2 is also used. I originally bought the 2nd revision new but one day my friend is all like, hay you want to trade your PS2 with some dude's much newer 50001 model. It was for modding reasons and I didn't care about having a modded PS2 so I took the offer. Score 2.

To this day both my Gamecube and PS2 work flawlessly.

Erisu Kimu Oct 24, 2006 07:58 AM

I pretty much bought three out of four of the Tenchu games used. As long as they work, it doesn't matter to me.

S_K Oct 24, 2006 09:23 AM

As long as it's in decent condition and you're not buying so you can sell it to someone else I think it's more silly not to buy second hand games over new ones. They seem to have this odd way of the price dropping drastically in many cases, they also tend to judge games on popularity not their actual quality, for example I remeber seeing soul calibar 2 being only £10 about a month after it was released and that was brand new copies of the game!

MrSatan Oct 30, 2006 09:53 PM

i bought devil may cry 3 special edition and im pretty happy with it, what a hard and cool game!!

debbie7 Oct 31, 2006 02:53 PM

I'm quite happy to buy used games, mostly from ebay. The only games I get new are ones I simply don't want to wait for or that I receive as gifts - which is quite a few actually as most people buy me either games or books, not really interested in much else!

Our EB stores seem to have permanent clearance sales on just lately and I usually buy a couple of games every time I go - the sort of games that 'may' be ok to play, wouldn't normally buy but they're so cheap it's hard to resist!

As for consoles, all mine have been new except for a N64 which I bought from Cash Converters just to play Zelda. Cost me $50 for the console, 2 controllers and 7 games, then I had to pay $50 to get the bloody Zelda game! Still, it was worth it, I enjoyed the game and the N64 has never been touched since!

Big J Nov 2, 2006 11:46 PM

I dont really bother with used games because its usually about 5 bucks off new games that were returned... And also Its a bitch to find a used game thats:

-In its original box
-comes with a book

Gecko3 Nov 3, 2006 11:47 AM

It varies for me. Sometimes I feel like a cheapskate, and buy stuff that's a few months/years old. The main reason is because in the past (particularly with N64 games), I felt burned after buying a game brand new for like $40-70.

An example is Shadows of the Empire on N64, which was was $70 when I bought it (think back in 1997). Then they lowered the price like 30 bucks about a month after I bought it. To make things worse, only the first level was really worth playing (the snowspeeder level), the rest of the game kind of sucked in comparison (not saying they weren't worth playing, just they didn't seem as "fun" as the first stage).

Luckily Lucasarts redeemed themselves with Rogue Squadron (which was the first level of Shadows of the Empire expanded into an entire game). But in general, I hated spending $50 on a game, only to play it for like a week/month, and then never ever touch it again. And as a result of that, I usually won't touch a new game if it costs more than $50 (particularly if it has low replay value).

That's not to say I won't ever buy a brand new game. Just that I try to be really careful about getting a game unless it seems like I'll like playing it for a long time.

Battle_CRY Nov 6, 2006 07:26 PM

It really depends on what I'm purchasing...if it's a good deal or a novelty item......I bought a used nintendo 64 a few months ago with 4 controllers for 30 bucks ( I would definitely count this as a good deal)....and I purchased Legend of Mana for a cool 25 dollars (definitely a novelty item)...the only problem...the game stopped working after I left house lol so I returned it (it was sad really because I don't think I'll be able to find it again at a local game shop or mall)....

So it really depends....good deals and novelty (limited edition or items not in print anymore) would probably dictate my used games or console purchases.

Omnislash124 Nov 7, 2006 11:17 AM

It really doesn't bother me, especially if its discontinued. I would rather new games/consoles if given the option, however.

=+Yuni+= Nov 7, 2006 01:20 PM

Definitely depends for me too. I always try to get a game/console new, but if it's a(n) discontinued game/older console and I can only find it used... well I'll get it used.

Inhert Nov 7, 2006 01:32 PM

I never get any used, well never is a big word... I try to not get anything used, because... I just don't like it XD I don't know I doN,t feel like it's my game, I feel like I have borrowed the game from someone else XD

the only game I have used and still it in perfect condition is Valkyrie Profile on ps1 only because it's a rare game (well was) and that was the only way to get it...I should have wait a little because I bought the psp version too XD

Super_Sam_20 Nov 9, 2006 01:29 PM

I have bought a lot of games and a couple of systems used and I havent had any problem with them. I got an xbox for less than half the original price and it works fine. I just make sure that I know the person that I am buying the game or system from. Otherwise you can really get screwed over.

Pokey Nov 22, 2006 07:37 PM

I buy new 360 and some PS1 games, mainly because i'm anal about everything being included. I hate getting a game without the manual or back cover, especially if it's a new (or new and unpopular) game, such as the copy of Panzer Dragoon Orta I got from EB that only had the disk. I'd like to buy more used games to increase my collection and decrease the hole in my wallet, though.

But if it's discontinued, I really don't care about everything else BUT the game.

Generally, I buy everything new. A few times I've bought used games, namely because they're discontinued. And once or twice because the price of the used game versus the new was substantial, heh. I've never bought a used system though.

My copies of SH2, 3, Drag-on Dragoon, and Unlimited Saga are used.

I just bought a new SNES. I really regretted giving my old one to my cousin. SNES is one of the best consoles ever. Have to get all the games now. ff6, secret of mana, dk series, unirally, ssf2, chrono trigger... already looking forward to play all those again :)

Most of the games I buy are second-hand, even for the current generation. Everything from previous generations is second-hand (or third, or fourth, or ...). I've never bought a handheld second-hand though, but I've also never lost the older-generation units, so I've had no need to really explore that avenue.

I havn't had much problems with used equipment, especially through ebay where sellers actually value their ratings. Only bad used console I bought was an N64 from a local EB|Games. Apparently they buy back consoles on the customer's word because the first unit they gave me wouldn't even boot. I did have the satisfaction of making them haul out the 20 foot stepladder to test the thing on a ceiling-mounted television when I brought it back, though.

I've only bought a couple of used games. I try to stay away from used games or consoles. I like buying them new and they have the "new" smell to them as well. ^-^

Definitely. However, to a certain extent. If the game that I -really- like comes out, I would not wait for its price to drop. To those that I have missed/only got recommendation after the game has long been released/got my interest after reading some sort of premise then I buy it used.

I pretty much always trade for games or buy at insanely low prices. I still regret wasting so much money on new games (even ones that weren't terribly important) all those years. Now the only titles I'll buy new are ones like Zelda or an awesome rhythm game.

I bought a used PSP on a whim, and it works fine and everything, but now I'm paying for it with a slightly wonky dpad with a down button that acts up 10% of the time. L and R buttons are sort of clicky too, but it works fine on the whole.

Other than, I stay away from used consoles. One of my friends' PS2s is rather unresponsive and reads games if you're lucky (as in twice within 12 hours of trying). As well, stores don't seem to even check the consoles traded in. I luckily got a modded PS1 back then, and traded it in when I fried it by accident. No one's complained to me yet. Same for my GBA SP where I busted the L and R buttons. :3

I buy used games quite a lot. The yellow sticker deal thinigie for EB's used games is a gigantic incentive, as well as cheaper prices on the whole. I don't care how busted up the box is, or if there's no manual. The games usually work fine, and don't come with tons of scratches or anything. Most people usually take better care of their discs nowadays.

The used games I buy are mostly rare games, such as Blood Omen: Legacy of Kain (bought in 2002) and Devil May Cry 1 & 2 (bought a few months ago)

I always buy used games. main reason being for rarity, or just because my luck has brought me a used game that only came out 2 weeks ago. i found a real gem there about 2 months ago, I found for 12.99 a mint condition copy of Playstation 1 Breath of Fire 4. and when I say mint, I mean mint. case was perfect, instructions never had a nick or dent in them, and the CD was flawless
