It would! Despite the deluge of panty shots, I still found the first episode to be hilarious because of how well it subverts the romance genre. It's a pleasant surprise and I hope the laughs continue.

Detective Academy Q! :D Haven't seen beyond episode 1 though. Is the show any good?

I personally enjoyed the series greatly. I guess if you like detective shows, you might like it. I don't know, I went in not having watched any other detective show before. If you like practicality, some of the methods the criminals use aren't very practical, but they are definitely possible. No supernatural shit (at least none that isn't explained.)

I have to chime in and say that I really enjoyed the manga versus what I watched of Tantei Gakuen Q. Maybe because I read the manga first, and the anime felt like it had a bunch of deviations (gender swaps with suspects and such). I only watched up to the exam parts and read until the mystery disease village, but it's a great series!

And I've been trying to pimp Denpa, but few have responded. Oh well, let's see how quickly this one gets solved:
