If this inactivity continues I'm going to have to make my hobbit warlock get down to business and see you in hell.

I think we're all waiting on Shin to open that there door like he said he was going to do.

In the land of the broken arms, the limp-wristed man is king

Fluffykitten McGrundlepuss Mar 23, 2009 05:36 PM

Fine, Jesus, in my role as the low hp dude with no armour and a predeliction for ranged attacks in a group made up almost exclusively of well armoured close combat specialists, I'll open the door then.

Fuckers.

Sarag Mar 23, 2009 06:13 PM

My offer to definitely not intentionally kill someone's character is still open

Araes Mar 23, 2009 08:46 PM

"Plug the gap with your body woman." Ouch, nobody even crossed the 50' of room with Bob? Thank goodness for lucky initiative rolls.

For the briefest of moments I thought those might be helmed horrors. But that would just be mean.

Skexis Mar 23, 2009 08:46 PM

So, wait...it's an armored brain? :psyduck:

You are not living up to this puffy shirt at all, Garr. Let's see some action. Jump off of something and then laugh. Swing on a rope. Do something.

Sarag Mar 23, 2009 10:16 PM

Or at least try to out-gay knk.

The puffy shirt, you understand. It's a little fruity.

No. Hard Pass. Mar 23, 2009 10:24 PM

Nothing can out-gay knk.

Animechanic Mar 23, 2009 11:17 PM

Where was Brady during all this boredom? It's Arg's duty to randomly smash down a door when things get too slow.

No. Hard Pass. Mar 23, 2009 11:26 PM

Well I'm super busy with actual life events right now, so my involvement will hopefully speed up a bit, but not that much. I'll certainly try and move things along.

Fluffykitten McGrundlepuss Mar 24, 2009 05:09 AM

Closing doors is a minor action right?

Right?

Please?

Actually, I don't think it even matters. I was planning on moving right one square, then shifting to get further away and closing the door as I went but I'm not sure you can do move-move-minor can you? Also, once the door's shut, would I still need to shift to avoid an opportunity attack or could I just run away?

They can't very well attack you through the door;, they're just animated buckets of metal, not battering rams.

Fluffykitten McGrundlepuss Mar 24, 2009 05:50 AM

Sorry, was the second one yes you can or yes you can't?

I'm going to assume yes you can and run away now.

Yeah, that thing Shin just did where he just made a general skill-independent monster knowledge check

That works for anything

So you guys know

(I mean, the appropriate skill is still checked against but you don't have to declare the use of that skill specifically)

FatsDomino Mar 24, 2009 08:15 AM

Ain't no thing.

sage advice
