Rukia got her zanpakutou back a while ago, when the Arrancar launched a big-ass assault on the shinigami in the city. It has ice properties (maybe more) and she managed to kill one of the weaker Arrancar with one attack.

It's so corny. The part when the doll turns against him and urh, I can't even remember names now. That captain who got poisoned says crap like "Oh, I heard about your doll. It turns agaisnt you when you get weak." Like wtf. And that anti-posion finger crap. Even worse.

The group has absolutely shitty odds as saving Orihime on the first try. They'll likely get trampled, reunite and train some more.

not to mention that she couldnt think of stabbing herself with her zanpaktou to stop the poison earlier. why did she have to think back her time with Yoruichi before she realize what her zanpaktou can do??

their chance to save orihime is pretty crappy, isnt it :P but at least we know why orihime followed the arrancar to huendo mundo

WIsh she would die already. What a useless character. Anybody else got the impression we're back on the Soul Society arc, excetp it's Arrancar style?

...she's going to be the new Rukia/Oirihime, that means she gets kidnapped 3-5 episodes after introduction and the next 30 episodes, Ichigo will desperately try to save her.

I think the fillers will end before the year's up, looking at what the last few episodes have been. Each of the Bounto have been taken down very fast. Kariya's already into the typical villain flashback zone, and Ishida's down for the count. Maybe 2-3 more episodes, due to the inevitable secret development during the battle.

They've already shown Ulquiorra in the previous intros, and Aizen is featured in this one along with the Arrancar squad that Grimmjow leads. The regular animators seem to be returning as well (they were working on the movie), if the the intro's clips are any indication.

Orihime is really starting to get useless/annoying, like Sakura in Naruto. I haven't caught up with Naruto, but Orihime is one of those characters. Seeing Shinji fight the arrancar, that part was awesome. But it only lasted for like two pages. I just want this arc to finish up quickly since those individual battles aren't getting very interesting.

IMO, they're building up to something. It was the same as in Soul Society, with the whole splitting up business. There's a ton of possible ways they can go with this, but they'll likely focus on Ichigo and his "hollow" thing. Their reaction, etc... I agree that it's not moving fast enough, since at this rate we'll end up with a second filler arc to give the manga more time.

Although it's so lame how Kariya and all the bounto died. It was so easy to hit him at times and impossible other times. It was so illogical most of the time though. I want them to make Lilin disappear forever, those three souls felt so useless throughout the whole filler arc.

arrancar, its like Ichigo's Shinigami with the mask form, but its Hollows that has Shinigami's powers

They're going to find a way to off them before Shinji shows up and the anime gets back on the manga track. The animators from the SS arc are back for the main arc again, meaning we'll get much better animation quality than the shoddiness that was the Bounto.

Either way, I trust they'll get rid of the 3 mod souls just like they removed the battle accessory from the picture entirely.

I really hope they get crushed when Shinji shows up.

What im looking foward to is Ikkaku in the real world. It was hilarious in the manga so im expecting it will be even better in the anime

Oh, I don't think we have to worry about them. From the way they've handled things, the next episode will get rid of them. They are Bounto derivatives according to what they mentioned at the start of this filler arc. If not? We'll end up seeing them only in filler episodes.

I can't wait for that. The scenes with him and Keigo at home, along with his sister Mizuho are hilarious. Definitely a good dose of comedy after the fight that led to him staying with them.

Probably very strong, or at least markedly stronger than his standard arrows. That would explain why he has a finite amount and why he sliced right through her blades like that. From the way the fights are going, it'll be 1-2 (maybe 3) chapters per character. IMO, she's probably going to get killed by Ishida using he sword as an arrow, and since it can pierce her armor, that'll be the finishing blow.

Of course, KT could take this in another direction.

when the Burly Bounto was still alive. When I saw his fight when the Ice fell on him, I thought "they aren't going to use this opportunity for him to escape his death, are they?". Of course, they did. I wonder how he will affect the plot now.

Well, right after the anime gets close to the manga again, he and the 3 dolls will most probably reappear to lead into a second filler arc.
