That was a very nice fast ball HHH threw at a Shawn. The look on his face was a kodak moment indeed. ROTFL @ 2ft guy vs 29047038470473409FT monster from india.

Slash Nov 6, 2007 01:37 AM

And who wants to bet USA's ratings are sky high right now.

I am actually enjoying all the interpromotional matches. The Hardy/Rey Rey vs. Finlay/Kennedy match was good

Winter Storm Nov 6, 2007 03:19 PM

To me the highlight of RAW was when Carlito got big booted the shit out of him. Good grief XD. I wonder if HHH was kidding about what he said about the writers being on strike lol.

dagget Nov 6, 2007 07:06 PM

"I may be getting too old for this, but that was a worse debacle than the whole Katie Vick thing."

I actually found Triple H with a Kane mask screwing a mannequin funny.

Raw was amazingly good last night. If only the writers gave half the shits about the rest of the time than November Sweeps week. :|

This just in: HBK vs Orton at Survivor Series has a new stipulation: (marked as a spoiler incase it's going to be announced on Raw next week)
Spoiler:
Sweet Chin Music is banned.

Sharpshooter anyone? lewl

Slash Nov 6, 2007 07:10 PM

Hopefully, WWE will see that DX = MONEY and DX = MORE PEOPLE WATCHING and DX = RATINGS!

I honestly think that DX could bring WWE back out of the slump their in.

Think back to when they were making Vinces life hell from the dumping crap onto Vince, Shane and the SS; Spray painting the Jet; Spray painting HQ, McMahon Parody.

I mean that stuff you can script BUT the major difference is it doesn't look scripted.

And was there a reason for the Beth Phoenix/Kelly Kelly match? Fuck...give trish crap loads of money and have her take Phoenix out or give Victoria the bitch from hell gimmick again. I actually liked her twisted crazy girl gimmick

SuperSonic Nov 6, 2007 08:04 PM

Slash, that is what I'm hoping WWE realizes and that DX is freakin gold.

Also, I seem to be really digging the Boogeyman lately. Move his ass from ECW to Raw...oh wait, we have to wait until May for the Draft Lottery.:-_-: Well at least give him some more air time on ECW.

Slash Nov 6, 2007 08:09 PM

That draft lottery is a bunch of bull really. lol. I'm sure they can figure out reasons to move people around without it

dagget Nov 6, 2007 08:55 PM

LOGIC ALERT!

Stephanie was pissed about the "leak" (lol code break by a smart fan) of Jericho's return. WWE is now selling at it's shop and concession stand... DUN DUN DUN...

Thanks to all the people who sent word about WWEShop.com selling a SAVE_US_222 t-shirt.

big ol lawl.

I already know of a pretty good E-Fed. They lasted all through 07 so you know they're dedicated. But they're not letting anyone but previous members sign up before Nov 8.

Mmhm yea and Victoria is currently the only one with the strength to be a match for Beth. But Victoria is on smackdown(>_>). Bitch from hell gimmick supported her vicious wrestling style.

Golfdish from Hell Nov 6, 2007 11:15 PM

I actually really liked Victoria when she was in the hunt for Mickie's title. Shame her push ended so early. But yeah...I wouldn't doubt she's probably the most talented female on the roster. I'm actually more of a Gail Kim fan, but she's in TNA, SOOO...WWE made a huge mistake letting her and Christy go...Haven't seen Christy wrestle that much, but I love her mic skills.

Winter Storm Nov 6, 2007 11:55 PM

But then thier womens division(that woman thats with Robert Roode has great mat skills) also has to worry about a big impossible chick with unfair strength too >_>. This always happens. *thinks back* First you had..

Madusa/Whatever he WWE/F name was
Ivory
Jackie
Jazz(evil)
Chyna
(many years later)
Beth Phoenix

I will mark the hell out if he uses the slingshot suplex!

Not 100% on this, but I think it was Alundra Blaze...had a nice impressive rack if I remember correctly...

Only us "old folks" remember the slingshot suplex.. of course those people will just probably nut themselves if he does it at SS, especially as a counter to the RKO.

Hopefully if there's a lottery next year, it won't be like Press Your Luck. "Big buck! big bucks! No Lashley's... STOP!"

mortis Nov 7, 2007 09:51 AM

It was Alundra "Drop the title in the garbage bin and therefore freak Vince out that he did something that we now have a ten year anniversary to" Blaze.

And one name that seriously should be on that list is Trish. Trish is the ultimate example of what happens if you work out, and learn your craft, going from basically someone who knew five moves, to a well-polished performer who won the women's title multiple times, and had an amazing send off a year back.

Manny Biggz Nov 7, 2007 09:53 AM

My mistake, but it was called the Teardrop Suplex. Dunno how I got it confused with Tully Blanchard's slingshot suplex. Either way, here it is. (although he's done it better)

YouTube - Teardrop Suplex

I was going by brute strength. Trish was speed and agility, but yea not gonna take away the fact that she was the most successful womens champion of her time.

They want Candice to be the next Trish, but she has a long way to go.

If you were going by Brute Strength I don't think the first 3 you listed really fall into that category. They just weren't wimps like the regular eye candy divas. Jazz, Chyna, and Beth definately use brute strength though.

Winter Storm Nov 7, 2007 12:43 PM

Alright alright, forget the list >_>;;;;;;;;;;;;;;. All I'm saying is, they always bring in some chick that can bench press 500 and start beating on the entire womens roster.

Nicole Bass? (lololol)

mortis Nov 8, 2007 12:34 AM

DOn't forget Bertha Faye. And what about um, the woman who beat Blaze in Blaze's last feud before Bull Nakano?

dagget Nov 8, 2007 12:49 AM

BB Guns? Or whatever the name of that "Medic" that had what, 3 appearances on TV before they cut her?

mortis Nov 8, 2007 01:07 AM

Nah, she was never woman's champ. SHe dated Holly for a while, got fired, went to WCW, quit after Holly asked her too, and well that was it for her for the most part (although I swear she was in HughMorris' stable but maybe that was someone else).

And Bull Nakano actually did beat Blaze for the title. Faye beat Blaze, then basically disappeared until Blaze beat her. Blaze then lost the title to Bull...and regained it just in time to get ready for another feud (where most likely she'd drop the title again) only to show up in WCW.

SuperSonic Nov 8, 2007 01:17 AM

Nah, you've gotta say it the Randy Savage way. Bull Naka Naka Naka Naka No. That woman was a beast.

Yeah, well the only reasons they have are draft and Royal Rumble winners. Other than that, the interpromotional matches are the best we're gonna get. I still say kill ECW and turn that title into the Hardcore title and have the 24/7 rule in effect.

mortis Nov 8, 2007 01:44 AM

I keep wishing that Vince, and company, would stop being so stupid that people would think "Hey, ECW is not a WWE brand. WHAT'S GOING ON?" and just go at it that way. I'd love it to see an angle where basically Bischoff somehow gains control of Smackdown! and renames it Friday Night Nitro, and Heyman regains control of ECW. "Nitro" would have more wrestling, "Raw" would have more promos, and "ECW" would be more well, ECW. Keep the brands TOTALLY seperate, save for the OCCASIONAL dream match (Mania), joint event (3 way Survivor Series, and Royal Rumble), and perhaps down the road some sort of supergroup similar to the NWO, but wants to simpily beat WWE (not Raw, Smackdown or ECW, but more "the pro wrestling giant in general") in which some of the three brands come together to stop them.

Unify all three world titles, but keep secondard (TV, IC, and US) title on their respective brands. Unify the tag titles. The world, tag team, Woman's, and CW champions all have the responsibility to defend their title on ALL brands (which eliminates the situation of 'if an ECW wrestler wins the title, then it will rarely be seen on TV). Makes sense both in the idea of storylines (he/she/they ARE the WORLD champs so should take on ALL comers), AND for the wrestlers themselves (well, I am guessing I am thinking of the past when guys like Flair had to wrestle constantly because they were the world champion). THe only reason I am suggesting a unification of the titles BTW is because of PPV's. Unless, of course, Vince is willing to be patient, and having tri-monthly PPV's, where each brand gets a PPV once every three months save for Mania, Survivor Series, and the Royal Rumble (the only problem is if you count four multi-brand PPVs, then one of the brands would get one less PPV per year. Since there are four, "annual" PPVs, that makes it kinda hard to decide which one to go. The reason I selected Summerslam is because it is basically like Wrestlemania, while the other two events have different themes to them).
