For the NES, the first Zelda game, the cartridge was gold. On the N64, Turok 2: Seeds of Evil came on a black cart, limited edition of the Zelda games for N64 were gold. On Game Boy, the Pokemon Blue/Red/Green/Yellow and some others. Oh yeah, Killer Instinct came on black on SNES.
