Alright, maybe this is a bit farfetched guess, since I haven't even seen it, but I'll go with Letter Bee, likely: Light and Blue Night Fantasy -special (or whatever it is).

I dunno, I've never watched it all the way through, but that first picture has that really solid texture in the art that I recall from Darker Than BLACK. That second picture seems like it could be from it as well, so that's my guess.

I think that's Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex. I can't really recall the episode since it's been ages since I watched the show, but I think the character pictured above was some robot that a guy was trying to run away with and marry or something.

Also highways. There sure was a lot of driving in that show.
