Yeah I just beat the game last night. I was pretty overpowered though, level 77 with all my characters, and the party was Ninja, Dragoon, Devout and Knight.

And yeah, I agree it kinda sucks you have to do the final dungeon all over if you die. :(

but I have a question about job, why when I change job for the first time, every weapon I want to equip to anyone lower the attack instead of raising it?

the only way I got to change that was to equip 2 sword to the warrior and 2 rod to the black mage...

That's just how it works when you first put change jobs. Only the Monk takes advantage of empty hands though, so keep everyone else equipped with weapons.

No, what I meant by leaving out the question mark, is that there is no reason you should use a freelancer.

Your freelancer is only strong because when you switch to a new job you need to gain job levels to have stats. Having a freelancer is essentially a wasted slot on your team.

well I got the last set of job recently and just killed Leviathan

my party is setup like this:

Luneth: Dark Knight
Arc: Summoner
Refia: Devout
Ingus: Geomancer

geomancer is an awesome job! I so like it, but now that i have other job and that the other job are higher in level, he's not the best damage dealer anymore and the randomness of terrain is starting to be a little problem...

so what job should Ingus be now? I thought about black blet but I heard they are good only lv 30+ so I'm not sure if they will be that good... and what about ninja? are they good or so so? I thought about dragoon too, but are they only good with jump or they attack is good too?

I'm looking more for a DD job than a support or defensive... any sugestion?

If you want sheer damage, you should be going with an unarmed Monk. It's doesn't look like you've been training one up so it'll take a while to milk its unarmed Atk boosts, but it's worth it.

I started this a couple of days ago, and I'm really liking it so far. The Nepto Temple was kind of annoying since I really only had the equipment for 3 decent mages (1 black, 1 red, and 1 white) while Luneth was stuck as a useless warrior. I actually dislike the Warrior class as a whole since it seems to have no handy extra skill, and he's so much more useful as a monk now.

Here's my current party at the Village of the Ancients:

Luneth: Monk
Arc: Black Mage
Refia: Thief/White Mage
Ingus: Red Mage

What exactly are the uses for Mognet? I remember reading something about 7 letters back and forth with someone unlocks the Onion Knight, though I'm not sure if that works at the beginning of the game.

you have to send 7 message to someone else via wi-fi it could be 7 to 1 person or multiple persons, after that you have to send 4 e-mail to Topapa and you'll get the quest.

I decided to change Ingus in Knight because of Ragnarok and Excalibur and he started really slow but know he's almost reaching the dmg of my dark knight even if his half-lv and do half the hit he does XD and know he has a pretty good defense too ^^

I,m now at the last dungeon and I have to say that yes it's really annoying to have a dungeon so long compare to all the others with not save and got really owned by the last boss in 3 turn XD I guess I'll need some leveling to do :\

Apparently, theres a master smith in the game... and of course that means... I want to find her... however, it has some requirements...

1. Get at least 10 FC's. Add them and make sure they add you.
2. Send mail using Mognet.
3. Every time you send a mail to them, send one to Princess Sara.
