Heh, I didn't even notice those lines until you pointed them out. But no, it's not Kino's Travels. Not that it helps any, but the rest of the series has the usual good picture quality that comes with most series as opposed to the Kino-style lines.

A very vague image. Though I'm reminded of the Opening of Hikari no Densetsu. I really doubt it though :P

Looks like a typical idyllic scene right before terrible and senseless destruction steps in and the scene is swept up into hell. For no good reason at all this reminds me of Fist of the North Star, so I will guess Hokuto no Ken, just for laughs.

I don't believe pictures of scenery should really be allowed, unless it's particularly significant or unique (read: not generic lakes or trees). That stuff is seriously vague.

Ah I would have known it if the first pic wasn't of the lake. I thought that the only significance of that was that the giant fish that Gon catches comes from there, which in the long run isn't very important :s That's also the cub in the forest that Gon befriends, which turns out to be a neat surprise much later in the series. Glad to see it finally getting licensed.
