Standard, and... let's say any square within 5. Candy isn't especially aerodynamic.

knkwzrd Jan 28, 2009 10:09 PM

Hawkeye, you didn't screw up opportunity attack rules, but you can't make a standard action and two move actions in the same turn.

Bradylama Jan 28, 2009 10:21 PM

What kind of properties would an improvised torch have? (one that's on fire, of course)

Zergrinch Jan 28, 2009 11:15 PM

knk, I thought players have 1 standard action (his frying pan), 1 minor action (shift to T9), and 1 move action (move to U10) per turn?

No. Hard Pass. Jan 28, 2009 11:16 PM

Shift is a move action.

Can't do move-move-standard.

Zergrinch Jan 28, 2009 11:19 PM

Oh ok, I thought a move action can count as a minor action.

The unmovable stubborn Jan 29, 2009 02:17 AM

Deni, since you asked: the zombie is indeed prone at W10.

It's basically a club that's on fire, I guess, so... 1d6, 1 ongoing fire damage?

No. Hard Pass. Jan 29, 2009 05:29 PM

Psst.

Pangalin.

Zombie's turn.

Fluffykitten McGrundlepuss Jan 29, 2009 05:33 PM

I THINK HE'S STRATEGERIZING

Bradylama Jan 29, 2009 05:36 PM

Pang considers the tactical possibilities:

Yeah, we walk in all about our witchalok blades...

But then Pang reminds us we've forgotten something...

Six somethings.

this is a lie

The unmovable stubborn Jan 29, 2009 06:05 PM

a small one

No. Hard Pass. Jan 29, 2009 06:17 PM

Bollocks. Knew I should have used an encounter power on that bastard.

Also, I didn't mean to hurt your creativity, Pang. :(

Scent of a Grundle Jan 29, 2009 06:19 PM

Do I have an Action Point that I can use?

The unmovable stubborn Jan 29, 2009 06:23 PM

Alas, no. Strictly speaking, you're just a (non-elite) monster. You don't even have healing surges.

Scent of a Grundle Jan 29, 2009 06:26 PM

So the zombies are elite? I might just go back to throwing knives, its safer

No. Hard Pass. Jan 29, 2009 06:29 PM

Zombies don't have healing surges either. Or AP.

The unmovable stubborn Jan 29, 2009 06:30 PM

Well, the Infectious Zombies do have an AP, because of their Elite template. I've just been blowing them on completely ineffectual bite attacks, though :(

Hey, in like 20 to 30 years, that zombie drool might corrode our armour. It could have an effect.

Scent of a Grundle Jan 29, 2009 06:51 PM

It'll probably corrode through the armor before it gets through Arg's skull. Then again, at least the armor gets washed once in a blue moon, so maybe not.

Fluffykitten McGrundlepuss Jan 30, 2009 05:46 AM

I'm guessing there's no rules for pop-up ranged attacks from total cover right and as such, Bob has to stand up to avoid the aiming penalty and can't fall over again afterwards to stay out of line of sight?

Bradylama Jan 30, 2009 08:17 AM

yeah, that would be two move actions and a standard, which is impossible

Fluffykitten McGrundlepuss Jan 30, 2009 10:28 AM

I thought as much, I just wasn't sure if falling over couldn't be a free action.
