Ha ha, I know what that's from......I just have no recollection of the name of the series (I saw this show a freakin' long time ago!!).

I know it involves a robot fighter (the figure above) that fights in competitions. The robot is about a foot high (that's probably a model boat it's standing on). Holy crap, that's all I remember!! I guess since I don't know the name it doesn't count, but hopefully someone else will get it from the hints...
