Okay I need help identifying this song. I was updating my MP3 player one day and came across a MP3 called Pierce in my music folder that I don't even remember DLing, and the tags doesn't specify anything specific. I thought maybe a friend of mine sent me it, but she didn't know what it was either. I'm guessing it's from some anime, and I'd like to know which it is.

It depends where you live! In America it seems to be called "The Flea Waltz", while here in England it's "Chopsticks". According to Der Flohwalzer - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia there are many other alternative names for it across the world. In Japan, apparently: "I Stepped On The Cat".
