That's right. They pulled another art-style-switch from the OVAs, and it was pretty out-there. Cool part of the episode, though.

It's not a credits screen. In the second half of episode 10 of Bakemonogatari, it's pretty obvious that Shaft's typical practice of coming incredibly close to deadline bit them in the ass, and as a result it was almost completely inanimate.
It consisted of a lot of re-used still frames and many appearances of the above image, where the scene was "cut due to circumstances." |

From the way they're being carried over the shoulder with their skirts inverted and the over-shinyness/plumpness of the flesh I'd have to guess Agent Aika. But since we're going recent here then Aika Zero.
