The only one I know of that is known for excessive fanservice is Divergence Eve, but I've never actually watched it before.

i'm gonna guess DearS, that was my 2nd choice. lots of fanservice, weird enough that it's possible to have that striped cat in it, and they had a tank of some sort also. if not then i'm out of ideas

Just to throw my two cents in, I'm venturing based on what I've heard about fanservice in UFO Princess Valkyrie or whatever it was called.

I am going to take a stab at Elfen Lied, since "purple-haired loli" reminded me of Lucy. Also, your picture reminds of a lab of sorts, which is also present in EL.

I don't recall that cat in Elfen Lied though. Also that show was in widescreen.

Yeah, it's not Elfen Lied, since Lucy has pink hair, not purple, nor would I call her a loli.
