Yep, it's from The Third. But it's not the growing wings scene, it's actually when they are first introduced in episode one as the are about to attack Ikus. Never did finish watching this show though. I should get to it. :p

Hehe, he's the guy from Beet the Vandal Buster. I forget his name though. That was a really fun show to watch :D. Heard that the second season was bad though. :/
