If you are talking about the screen size which you set with the buttons of the monitor itselves, I just tried putting a very small one and it slowed down a bit I think but didn't stop, thanks a lot anyway, I hadn't tried that.

i did the same thing but fixed it and it stopped. Atleast its slowed down a little bit for you and glad i could help you out.

Well my friend, I've finally done it, the char is lacking a bit of effects but is working great... I'M TALKING ABOUT CHIPP!!! Even though I asked meka if he let me edit his char he didn't answer so I did, I changed his sprites to make him look like the real GGX Chipp.
The only problem is that when you do his 20 hit super it consumes A LOT of computer resources, but mine is just slow (256 mb ram) so I figure that in yours (I guess it is faster) Chipp should do just fine. Although, if it is slow in your computer you can put a lower value to "HelperMax" in "mugen.cfg", the lower the value, the faster Chipp's super goes, but that can cause some (non crashing) errors in other players super moves.

Yes, I think it is a good conversion, but meka is the one who did all the hard work, I just changed the sprites and the .air file. Little question: does it look fast in your computer when you do the super?.

umm i just wanted to know how do i get rid of the choir in the eve pack just before a battle begins and replace it with something else? like the announcer from CVS2. Someone in the first few pages managed to do it but i cant figure out how.

You have to replace the "fight.snd" file in your data directory with the one of CVS2, obviously some sounds will appear at an inapropriate time but you can fix that with Fighter Factory (for me the best mugen editor there is).
By the way, I have a problem, when I put full screen in mugen it start flashing black (and I couldn't fix it by changing options in "mugen.cfg"), any idea how to fix that error?

guys,I found my mugen,but need to put it on a cd....I tried my oown,but I need a cd that can hold about 1500 kB of space....the ones I have now hold only like,710...do 1500 kB cd's exist or whatever?....if so,where couuld I get them?.....and I need info fast....I need to wipe out my hard drive.FAST....

and if there aren't any cd's like that,here's a list of my characters in my game....which should I get rid of to make space?or which characters are common enough to get rid of?:

dude just get rid of the ones that are the easiest to find or i can give you the ones you deleted back cause i have all of them.

As far as i know there arent any cds that can hold 1500kb unless you asked specifically for them at like best buy or something.

as for the sound problem go to your control panel
go to sound, speech, and audio devices
then go to sound and audio
go to advanced on the speaker settings
click the performance tab and turn the hardware acceleration all the way down. This should help other wise just install new drivers into your mugen.

NVMND....fixed it...and now I only have like,20 chars...

i have one question when im playing mugen sometimes the game will stop and the "send error or dont send" message comes up and it says it has something to do with a doc called ntdll.dll

YOU RULE LAZYGUY!!!!!!! Remember that you told Rioku to lower the hardware acceleration to fix sound, well, I did the same but to the point of disabling direct x and IT WORKED, those flashing days are finally over!!! I guess direct x is wrong at some point and I should reinstall it, I tried but it says that it is already installed, so if you can tell me how to install it it would be great. Although that little issue which I almost don't care, I am very happy that my mugen is running again at it's best. THANKS MAN!!!!!

i think he said it to me about his sound or someones sound but it seams to have cleared him up for the most part.

rioku, do this: in your desktop, right-click in the background image and selec "properties", a new window will appear. Then choose "configuration" and then "advanced options". There there should be an option "problem solver" or something like that (sorry, my cpu is in spanish, here it is "solucionador de problemas"). And the last step would be lowering the "hardware acceleration" from complete to none or lower it as you see fit.

Anyone knows where to get Guilty Gear X Jam's sprites, because I found Guilty Gear XX Jam's ones but the triple kick is missing (the one done pressing "K" once).
I'm editing aoao's Jam and it's going great for now, but without those kicks it wouldn't be the same, of course when I finish the character I will upload it for you to get it!!!
