That looks like Baldr Force EXE Resolution. The beginning caught my attention, going into an h-game based OVA and first seeing heads exploding. Crazy stuff.

Yes, that's correct. I haven't kept up with the series at all, but the first few episodes surprised me by being pretty decent. I honestly expected a giant robot show based on an arcade game about dancing girls to be god-awful.

Yeah, ditto here, and I was surprised to see it not be completely crap too.

That would be "Sensitive Salaryman ", an idiotic show that Dokuro-chan likes to watch in the 2nd season of Bokusatsu Dokuro-chan season 2. That scene is also where dokuro forcibly fed Sakura that "Sensitive Sausage" and made Sakura really sensative to everything.
