2 runs, 4 2-Headed Ragnus Boards.
One owner of them. I HATE THIS GAME! |

And you're gonna hate me now Lukage, A bullet save dropped and I got it... Canalia is using it now. |
My best drop during a good.... uhh... 7x3x4....
~80+ hours of 1UP, almost exclusively on A-rank runs... was: Spoiler:
|
It is now 5 days before AoI...and a couple of hours before the "biggest update". Looking forward to two things:
1. Obviously maintainence being over 2. Just attack Unfortunately I didn't get that spear board, nor fuka-misaki, so tommorow will begin my long quest of farming for these "the hard way". Final 1UP points: 4,208,644 |
Fuck 1UP.
|
Met my goal of trying A runs... Have Majarra 17 or so now, man, that really changes everything. Best rare I got besides the previously mentioned was a 2-Headed Ragnus Board... Saw two or three Sweet Deaths drop but didn't get them =x
But hey. I went from level 1 to 62 in two or three weeks thanks to 1up. Not complaining~ |
I went from 51 to 100. Gaining a lot of levels was a first priority for me. Now that 1UP is over, the shit that made me quit is going to start all over again. Locked games straight down the list.
|
Peesh, random parties be damned. Just play with me and people on my priority 1 card list, and GFF people.
I'm just looking forward to all the sweet stuff we can do in AoI. |

From what I can tell, they need a CD key when they register their paying accounts. I downloaded the JP AoI for a timeshare acount to try it out, and I didn't need it for the installation, since I am provided with a username and password from said timeshare organiser.
Since we already have out accounts, I don't think a CD key is implemented. Still, doesn't hurt to get some confirmation.... |
It would suck if it did. I'm low on funds, my account runs out the first, and I'm between jobs. But oh how i want to play this on the first day.
|
If JP AoI didn't need a CD key, then it's likely the western version will not. SEGA, being the xenophobic company that they are, isn't going to have the west get something that thier home base isn't going to have. It's always the other way around.
It'd surprise me if the US version did need one. |
God forbid anyone pay for their game. Its what, thirty bucks?
|
IMO it's not worth a dime, but I'm just a bitter player.
Oh and this game just became VERY solo friendly. |

exactly. I literally could only scrounge up 10bux outside of rent, utilities, and food.
BELIEVE IT |
So, you plan to steal the game and play for one month? I just find it to be a bit ironic that people "can't afford" to buy a pay-to-play game, but can afford to pay monthly subscriptions.
|
Lets argue about morals
PS: I didn't steal PSU and i regretted that decision despite how much i like the game now. Sonic Team won't be getting any legendary leaps of faith from me when it took them a year to this day to make the game how it should have been since release. I'll pay the monthly fee, despite the incredibly lonely feel of the lobbies, the odd UI, the shitty AI and some incredibly cheap monsters(fucking bees), because i still love this game somehow. Oh then there are the people that would say that because I'm not paying for the game the game's nowhere near the 'quality' it could be. Keep telling yourself that. If it makes you feel any better (for me?), I brought and played PSO, PSOBB, a Dreamcast Keyboard(it's so awesome), and lost countless hours online in PSOv1. I love the game, I love the series, but at the moment i have better things to spend money on now. If i can play it without shuffling money from groceries, all the better for me in the end. |
Yeesh, chill guys. Most of my buddies in real life all leeched from MY PC copy anyway for version 1. The monthly fees are still going to go to Sega. And even if I am situated back in the US right now, my fiance and I will still buy ONE copy to share among ourselves.
I'm not saying its 100% right, but at the same time, we are still paying Sega money, regardless if we downloaded the game or actually bought a copy each. I think its everyone's own decision whether or not they feel like paying for a full game to play this. Most people I know are iffy about joining in untill I waved my copy in their faces. After that the monthly fees didnt sound so bad. And don't forget the slew of recent game releases that you might have a tougher time trying to pirate. Assassin's Creed, Mass Effect, Mario Galaxy. Some people have to budget how much they can pay. Blowing 40 bucks in a month is different from blowing 40 bucks over a course of 4 monthes worth of paycheck. Not to mention the lack of CD key may be Sega's way of getting more people into the game subtly. Like most people said, it was "stupid" of them to not include a CD key, to the point it may have been done on purpose. Now how about we drop this issue and go back drooling over all the changes inplemented in the update, along with AoI coming out in a few days? |
The changes are amazing... the game just got a whole lot easier...
|
I'm now actually concerned about the fight instead of concerned if i have enough photon charges left to mash special attack more.
I'm also actually using normal attacks, incredible. |
Just attack would be more apparent in the expansion when the visual and sound effects kick in. And both effects makes the execution feel even sweeter. For now, just look at your right lower corner to time it right, by watching the circles that appear when you press "attack".
|
Just Attack is very nice, though it turns a beast into an unstoppable killing machine. I've never had to 'hold back' in the game until yesterday. So for the people that tend to lag behind, I have to not JA as much. I mean damn, I can clear a whole room by myself in 20 seconds.

Lucky~ I have to wait until the 20th and even then there is no way for me to play it. I'm looking at playing again in late December maybe...
