Once I get back from work today (still more hours than I'd like to go) I'll be around for the rest of the week for playing time. Feel free to hit me up if you want to play. I'm really down for giving Spec Ops mode a go, though given how much fun I was having with the MP last night I'm down for doing more of that.

I liked the MP a lot, it was interesting to play with all the new toys. :D

FUCK I did badly, though. I have like a .6x K/D ratio after swearing to myself I wouldn't let it dip as bad as it was in Modern Warfare 1. At least this time around I give a crap about it early. Last time by the time I cared about it it was a .6x but with 5 digits of kills/deaths so it was really REALLY sticky. This time it won't be too terribly hard to raise it.

Still, FUCK though.

Also why is the FAMAS the new M16? I was kinda hoping we WOULDN'T have a burst fire death rifle to start with this time around. Won't stop me ffrom using it, though.

Lastly, the new UI in multiplayer is fantastic, I think. Everything is off in the corners and takes up as little space as necessary, so the game feels a lot less cluttered.

Mine is waiting at my apartment :( Won't bother with MP until I beat SP, per usual. Meaning I'll probably be on about an hour after work, given how I plow through most CoD titles :V A shame the PC's MP won't have ginormous server possibilities (ie: 32 vs 32).

Multiplayer was pretty fun. I got to the point where I was actually starting to break even and even go positive matches, then I got completely fucking raped the last 2 or 3 matches we played, sorry about that guys. This is my first CoD game online, so still trying to get the hang of it. I've noticed for whatever reason I'm either totally on a roll and killing 4 or 5 guys every time before I die, or I die like 10 times in a row with no kills, there doesn't seem to be a lot of in-between for me.

Spec ops pretty much makes it, that snow sniper stage, despite the difficulty, was perfect and lots of fun.

My biggest annoyance in MP though is that constant bonus shit being thrown up in your face, though.

SP is fuckin' awesome so no complaints. MP though just got better. Liking the two different airstrikes so far.

So when will there be a GFF MW2 playnight?

So far campaign mode is pretty awesome. I hate first person shooters but there's something about Modern Warfare's campaign modes that keep me glued. I've done the first few days and I'm happy with what I've seen so far. I'm afraid to play through it too quickly though considering how short it is. ;_;

I tried playing multiplayer team death match games. Some of them I did decent in while others not so well. It's funny how people are already like level 50 and have the maps memorized already. I don't get how these people can enjoy life in their mother's basement every day eating doritos and sitting in their sweat and surrounded by candy wrappers. They probably don't even wipe their ass after taking a shit because they are afraid of losing too much precious time that could be spent leveling up.

Oh god. So ridiculous when it pops up at the worst moment and fucks up your shot.

I don't know about the crew but I know I'll be around for some shit today after I finish campaign.

We've already started playing online, so yeah, chunks of the crew will definitely be around today and throughout the rest of the week.

Well, my multiplayer with you guys was awesome last night, especially considering that I was dominating. Then I started playing hardcore mode with a couple other buddies, and Frank, and well, my ratio went to shit pretty quickly. There is a lot about the game that I am liking so far, including the few guns I've gotten access to so far (the SCAR-H is awesome), and the perks and attachments are cool. I'm running around with a heartbeat sensor on my SCAR, which is awesome. What I'm not liking so far is that it seems when I'm involved, if the host isn't either myself, or someone in the next room over, I have problems being successful.

Haven't touched MP yet. I think I'm halfway-ish in to SP and loving the hell out of it. I'll hit you guys up onrine, provided they allow dirty PC goons to mingle with the unsullied Circlebox masses.

So.. any hints on how to get better at this shit?

I've never played more than an hour or so of any previous Call of Duty, but I bought this game for 360. It's pretty fun so far. Amongst other modes, I played Hardcore Search & Destroy. It lets me relive my Counter-Strike days, and I actually like the lack of a HUD.

If anyone wants to play multiplayer with me, send an invite if you see me in game. If I don't respond after 2 invites, I might already be in a MW2 party or have network connection problems, so try again next time.
