I've had my ringtone set as 'Goover' by High and Mighty Color for a fairly long time now. Can't go wrong with a bit of rocky techno.

Mine is some kinda beetoven remix, kinda funny how the story went.....I heard my phone ring once and I told Kairyu...god this remix sucks, cause I thought it was music he was playing.....then he turns to tell me , dude, that's your phone.

Nokia 6320i. DDR - Paranoia Respect for calls and one of the built-in tones for messages. It´s hard to find a piece of music that is a good ringtone.

Vampire Killer on a Nokia 3310, so it's just monophonic. But I <3 it :D.

Anyway, I eventually did get that OWA ringtone, but I didn't keep it very long. I got pretty tired of people asking me what the hell it is. Right now I can't think of a song I want as my ringtone, so I just have the standard iPhone ring. I think the last one I had was the first 8 seconds or so of Area 01 from the NES version of Bionic Commando.
