I use my tanks to attack Delaware
|
You suck, ctu. Have a Mime of Distraction.
|
Lots of destruction in the Mid-Atlantic has left Ryuu dead. I'll be in my bomb shelter if you need me.
-Dullenplain/Domino for Iowa: Domino defends -Griffin/ctu for Washington: Griffin conquers -Tritoch uses Tanks to take Delaware -Tritoch drops an Atomic Bomb on West Virginia, and the fallout drifts into Pennsylvania -Tritoch gets spoils of war 35 gil and 2 items (Tanks and Energy Boost) -ctu uses Tanks to take Delaware -ctu drops a larger Atomic Bomb on the already decimated West Virginia, and fallout further mutates the citizens of Pennsylvania, as well as Kentucky and Virginia -Tritoch uses Mime of Distraction to make ctu lose 1 turn. |
Quick question: If somebody uses a Mime of Distraction on somebody to make them lose a turn, what happens if that person has already used all their turns? Nothing?
|
Alright, I think it's time to kill Domino now with a patented four step plan!
- I buy a blitzkrieg and use it on Minnesota and Iowa. - Ryuu's tanks will roll right on into Nevada. - Meanwhile, I'll be Sexy Beamin' Yeldarb for 10g. - With this newfound wealth I'll then buy two more tanks to use upon Colorado and Hawaii. Also, I'd like to withdraw my attack on Wyoming. Instead, let's hit that bum ctu where it hurts in the highly radioactive state of Pennsylvania. I do believe I'll go laugh maniacally now. |
I would also like to use my Mime on ctu, if he has any turns left. If not, I'll hold it back.
I'd also like to snap up some tanks for future use. |
Thats it I will go after you with full force now
I use 1 Energy Boost and I will attack now 1: Attack North Dakota 2: Attack Lake Michigan 3: Attack Maine 4: Attack Minnesota 5: Attack Iowa I also hit you Tritoch with my mine and take one of your turns. |
Haha, glad I attacked Pennsylvania rather than saving that turn like I originally intended! Now your poor mime has been rendered useless. =D

Tritoch gets a double kill and finishes off Domino. -Tritoch uses Blitzkrieg to take Minnesota and Iowa -Tritoch uses Tanks to take Nevada -Tritoch uses Sexy Beam to take 10 gil from Yeldarb -Tritoch uses Tanks to take Colorado and Hawaii -Tritoch gets spoils of war 44 gil and 2 items (Tanks and Energy Boost) -orionmk3 uses Mime of Distraction on ctu ctu, your Mime fails because Tritoch already used his 4 turns for the day. Also, you lost 2 turns today, so unless you want to use another energy boost, one of those attacks has to go. |
Yeah I will use my other energy boost
|
Orion and I have reached an agreement to trade Massachusetts for Indiana.
In addition, I use my Mime of Distraction on ctu, and use my Nuclear Bomb on Virginia. I also attack Oregon and Idaho. |
WTF is this pick on me and kill me off day?
|
As part of the trade between Griffin and myself, my attack on Indiana which was pending is now cancelled.
|
Damn, dead am I? Oh well, I guess I wasn't paying enough attention in this game, or is this what I get for not continuing my alliance with Plarom and orion?
I'll get you next time you pesky kids. Oh, and Tritoch should only get 34 gil, Smelnick took the ten back off me that I took from him in the first place. |

Wow, you guys have thrown up a lot of confusing situations for me today. The way all the Mimes (3) and Energy Boosts (2) with ctu stack out is that his 5 posted attacks stand, and he is out of turns. As for the orion/Griffin trade, Plarom's attack on Indiana needs to be resolved first. If orionmk3 drops his attack on Indiana, then Griffin needs to submit a defense number to see if it his still his state to trade. -Tritoch/ctu for Idaho: ctu defends -Tritoch/ctu for Pennsylvania: ctu defends -Griffin/ctu for Idaho: Griffin conquers In order for me to process Griffin's Atomic Bomb, he must send me his 4 state priority list. Additional Spam: More results: -ctu/Tritoch for North Dakota: ctu conquers -ctu/Tritoch for Lake Michigan: ctu conquers -ctu/Tritoch for Maine: Tritoch defends -ctu/Tritoch for Minnesota: Tritoch defends -ctu/Tritoch for Iowa: ctu conquers |

I just went through the other posts and worked out that I had 8 successful attacks, and 5 successful defences. Add that in with the starting 20, gives me 33. Add the Sexy Beam of mine and Smelnick's and that keeps me on 33. Either way, I'm not fussed, I know how difficult this game has been to keep a track of. |
Are you counting the 5 gil everyone receives at the beginning of each day?
|
Oh, I didn't know about that. My mistake, I didn't realise that we were getting that each day. I'll shut up now. Sorry nutty, I'll make a point of reading all the first post next time.
EDIT: Gah, it's in the Wiki entry. I'll have to make a note of that for future games. |
No big deal, Domino. There's been a lot of confusion this game. I've got to force myself to look over the Wiki tomorrow and correct any small oversights I've left out. Speaking of, I just want to clarify the Atomic Bomb: You can conquer a maximum of 4 states with it. You drop it on the first state, then you take from 0-3 more states.
-Plarom/Griffin for Indiana: Griffin defends -orionmk3 and Griffin exchange Indiana and Massachusetts -Griffin drops an Atomic Bomb on Virginia, and the fallout spreads to West Virginia and Pennsylvania. The residents don't really notice much difference, because they're too busy fighting off the mutant hordes created by the first 2 bombs. |
Weeeell now, didn't take long for POD to unravel! Silly boys, you SHOULD have solidified an alliance before the bombs dropped, just like we did last time!
|
Day 3 Turn 1: Attack Missouri.
Day 3 Turn 2: Attack Kentucky. EDIT: Ah, what the hell. Day 3 Turn 3: Attack Lake Michigan. |
Whoops, forgot to post Yeldarb's absent attacks at 9pm.
Yeldarb attacks Texas, Oklahoma, Arizona, and New Mexico. Results: -Tritoch/Yeldarb for Tennessee: Tritoch conquers -Griffin/ctu for Oregon: ctu defends |
