It would seem somebody out there must've noticed my mentioning that I'm feeling "blissfully happy" and decided they didn't care for it. As of this moment, YouTube.com have permanently suspended my account, taking down all my videos in the process.
After being flagged by members of the YouTube community and reviewed by YouTube staff, the video below has been removed due to its inappropriate nature.
Yu-Gi-Oh: The Abridged Series (Episode 16):

I'll be sending them a message, but I really don't think it'll change anything. Yes, I could quote stuff about parody being exempt from copyright infringement, but it isn't going to help. The fact is, even if I did manage to persuade them that what I'm doing is hunky dory, I'd just be flagged all over again, and we'd keep on having the same problem.
I'd be lying if I said I was okay with all this. Whoever it was that flagged my videos can revel in what they've managed to accomplish, I guess. After all, this has no enormous impact on me - I'll be releasing my website soon enough, so people can watch the episodes without fear of them being taken down - but it does make it much harder for other people to find the videos. YouTube was convenient for everybody.
It's a shame that one or two morons can have an effect like this. But I guess it's the closest they'll ever get to actually achieving anything on their own - by ruining things for other people.
This isn't a call to arms to attack YouTube or anything. I'd rather we all just move on and figure things out in a civil fashion. After all, this happened as a result of one or two people maliciously attacking me. If we respond in kind, we're no better.
