March Smashness Participants: Question regarding how matches will go down in the tournament thread. Check it out and give me your opinion on it. Wanna get it straightened it out before the tournament starts.

Actually chaotic, it didn't get laggy until you came in. XD Then after the matches started, it would settle down after a bit but I noticed that half a second lag. I'll try to get a LAN Adapter soon when they get back in stock.

Out of randomness, I went back and played Melee for about 15 minutes.

God that game moves way too quick. ;_;

I was ready to call it a night when I just had to check the friends list and notice you... had to brawl since we never had. Then when you used the Landmaster, I suddenly woke up. O_o No one's ever used it on me like that before, so I had no plan for countering it. And it didn't help you got the Final SMASH ball like 7 times in a row to keep doing it too. AHH... I might be Another Landmaster Hater. =p

I love using the landmaster on stages like final destination. I cleared the field of kairyu and the 2 level 9 computers with it thus increasing kai's hate for it. :tpg: Having a phone conversation while playing makes it fun. Especially when doing endless brawl. We kept making it to 198 but then one of us would die for a stupid reason. We'll get it tonight!

Playing this game past your bedtime when sleepy isn't a good idea. Your reflexes start sucking and you do things like driving the landmaster into the huge pit at link's level. ;_;

Okay, so I've added some people on GFF about 4 days ago or so. Most of them said to have added me between those four days ago and today, but it still says "Awaiting Registration" on my list. How long is this supposed to last? So far not a single person on GFF has went through, though I do have other buddies that successfully went through. And yes, according to what they said, these GFF members have added me.

I believe both of you must be on at the same time. Speaking of which, anyone who's in the tournament that still needs to confirm me, I'll probably leave my Wii on overnight so we can get confirmed.

I'm almost certain it's a T1 connection, but sharing it with a bunch of college students doesn't help matters. Although, I still have no idea what caused the lag this game since most of the campus is out of town for the weekend as per usual (there's nothing to do here in this town).

More like the lag is kicking our ass yet you you're good with timing (with dedede) Otherwise good game..

I didn't get the CD; I let you grab it. I already have all but one of the CD's (damn Challenge Wall), so I don't see much of a point in going for them.

You know Miles is tired when he skillfully catches the Smash Ball only to use his Landmaster to boost out of a pit and fall back down. Giving you the point.

As for the endless brawling. I'm convinced the AI intentionally lays extra bombs and bumpers as we get closer to 200 KOs. It also doesn't help that we're both at around 250% damage by then. So a regular punch or kick is enough to send us flying all over the place :(.

Just played a few matches with chato, and one with Icy. Feels great playing with GFFers. I was worried I was going to be one of "those people" who lag the matches, but my random matches spoke the truth; ran smoothly. I accidently left the room though when I saved a replay data. Didn't know it kicked you out too.

I'm also interested in giving multiman melee and homerun contest a shot given the game isn't laggy.

I'm really starting to wish they'd included a random character filter, like there is with random stage selection (tied to your loaded name). When I don't get one of my least favorite characters, I seem to get Falco far more than I should.

I left the Wii on last Sunday so I'll do the same again this weekend to get more confirm registration.

Yeah, me and Miles can't figure it out. It's like on some days there is near-perfect lag-free matches. And on other days, like today, we get disconnects, freezes and laggy matches up the wazoo.

I long to dual Kairyu too, I think that's the only one left whom I haven't versed, along with Miles, though I'm adding more people tomorrow. I also want to try Multi-man Brawl as well.

After beating SSE, I raged at the Latin lyrics.

The translation is ALL. FUCKING. WRONG. Stylistic liberties and whatnot, but unless you're a slut with the grammar, it doesn't make sense.
