I have the MT3 screenpack, works really great. Am I the only one that's using that (MT3) screenpack?

I used to have the EVE screenpack, but couldn't get it to work. :[

sad i put up eve awhile back and a few people got it but not enough so i decide to take it down.

If that is a comment regarding EVE, I suggest you shut the hell up. I don't wanna sound mean or anything, but a screen pack is not a game. I am assuming you use default MUGEN, which is awful (it only has 12 character slots if I remember)

okay,the problem is that i put the characters in the right categories but when i go the characters just go random,i by luck with the random thing got captain american in the street fighter categorie

no offense at all,bro!XD I was just there thinking that every one else played others instead of their own....that would kinda tick me off...you know?...but I hear that other people are making their own as well..and no,I'm not using EXACTly the original screenpack....I have two mugen-one is for thepocket people(you know,sonic,megamanx,the shrimps) based on my own character,Magnum Wolfire.he's kinda a sonic world character....so I have my own characters in it,and some stages of my own as well...the other is one is with the ultimotif(with the 300-somethin slots)and I put random characters into it...

so my point is that I think it would be sad if people played other mugen,and didn't take the time AT ALL to make their own.....catch my drift?.

If I understand that correctly , the answer is NO ...

You'll have to program a Ryu that does just that...

yea that would be a good idea but you'd probly have to put him in his own catagory then store all the ryu's under that catagory kinda like EVE with the game catagories. Its an interesting idea and one worth trying.

Btw, I will take any Nippon Ichi or Final Fantasy characters if anyone has some. Specifically that Sephiroth that's so hard to beat...

That's the thing I imported the MK chars from and they don't work very well with normal Win-mugen. The chars available only work with their screenpack/mod. Anyone have a solution? If I could simply disable portraits during combat (above the lifebars) then that would be satisfactory too.

Hi you guys, thanks to testers help some of the bugs were eliminated (big respect to Raiden_DX for pointing many out), this is what's new:
- two new character's got quote screen (Rolento and Whip)
- Vanessa got 2 new quotes
- quotes now are not using transprency, it's easier to read them
- solved problem of showing two qoutes screen at the same time in survival mode, now only P1 or P2 character quotes will be displayed if character loose the survival game
- evil sakura name was changed into ghost sakura, transparency added as well as portrait
- option screen background was made (gulp, I never used it before so I forgot)
- mr. karate face position fixed

Those who want to use the game in the future should also get this patch.

Better Screenpack Than Eve
 

What is the best screenpack if someone like me enjoys portraits in the traditional sense? I have EVE (doesn't everybody?) and it holds about 728 characters that I can see (28 rows of 26 slots but it holds more offscreen).

Aside from adapting to the Category Screenpacks (where you scroll through characters by franchise), is there a screenpack that holds more characters? I thought it held 1001, but I suppose I was wrong...someone mentioned that the one I was thinking of was probably All Characters Battle Zero, but I can't seem to find the one that is shown on Streetmugen..I got one from a torrent and it looked completely different..any way I can get EVE to hold more...or perhaps find the one shown on Streetmugen? Any suggestions would be welcome, for or against my notions.

Hey everyone. I'm Scafl and I'm new to Gamingforce. I've come across this thread several times like Shinoto/Jin, looking for chars on Google and such. I've run into problems with M.U.G.E.N, and it looks like you guys can tolerate newbies as long as they aren't "ZOMG GIV MEH WARUSAKI CHARZ PLZ EVN DO I WIL DLT DEM IN 2 OWERZ!!!1!11!1!!onetwobucklemyshoe!!1!" psychotic leechers, which I've run into on more than one occasion in other forums.

Now, can anyone help me out with this? I’m trying to change X8 Mega Man X’s character portrait (Awesome character by the way! Thanks for providing an download for him, Lazyguy!) so that it doesn’t, y’know, suck. Anyone care to shed light on how to do that? I’m still fairly new to M.U.G.E.N, so I wouldn’t know how to do this on my own. I would really appreciate it if any of you helped me out with it, as I could edit other character portraits as well, for whatever reason.

Also, I’m having a problem with the M.U.G.E.N program itself. When you first start a match, a bunch of system statistics pop up in the bottom left corner of the screen, and it gets in the way of the action. How can you turn this off? Thanks to anyone who helps.

(I have Fighter Factory, just to let anyone who’s willing to help know)
