Also as a heads up, the cabbages are worth a lot today (6k+) and easy; there's another one for playing a game in Matchmaking with your gamertag linked to bnet that's worth 3k by itself. Also there's one for completing a level on Heroic co-op with Iron on, we need to do that shit Tails. And no, not on Sword Base.

I love Firefight challenges where it's to not die. Got Sniperfight on Glacier, one dude was chilling in the base. I go back and start pushing him out, he gets mad and runs into a corner which I nade him out of. Our teammates come in and start helping, then we all get swarmed by the enemies and he dies (I lived), and then quits. Trolled so fucking hard.

Well she's probably not much worse than me, sure.

Since Tails stopped playing and I switched to hologram, I've been playing the best Arena of my life. Something like 19/24 top four finishes this season.

Still Bronze, though. -___-

Yeah, I don't know what was up tonight but every game after the first one had massive latency for me.

Spawns really don't bother me unless the game is very close, as I figure they balance out over a career of play (i.e. you get to shit on someone who spawns badly as often as you get shat on yourself).

We should start getting people to take screenshots of their Forge projects. I know me and my brother have made some wicked maps. I'll upload some soon.

Side note: Does anyone here even LIKE Forge mode? I've seen very little discussion regarding it.

Highlights:

-As previously mentioned, there will be a DLC-only playlist when that hits on the 30th, as well as the DLC being integrated into all playlists (but not being required). The DLC-only playlist will be 2 teams of 5-6 players and will have a variety of gametypes, "pretty much everything but Invasion and Infection."

-Arena Season 4 updates effective November 30th:
-MLG has submitted their final playlist stuff, and barring any hiccups in final testing, the MLG playlist should go up sometime in mid-December.

-Firefight Versus is still in the works, "destined for the very short term future as part of a rotating Grab Bag playlist." No details yet on Grab Bag or when it's going up.

-Good news regarding Cabbages:
So that's good news, at least potentially. Also for those who don't know SLASO = Solo Legendary All Skulls On.

Honestly, I'm tempted. Not so much for the game itself but that my old MW2/GoW running crew has pretty much converted by now and I really miss playing with those guys.

Pretty much everyone outside of the Halo group is playing it, although that's not necessarily a ton of people on my list. I've only played the multiplayer a little bit though, not enough to have a good opinion yet. Core gameplay is still MW2 with some slightly changes (you can dive into prone, you can now bring up LMG's faster coming out of a run, little things like that) it's just mostly the stuff around it that they've added in that you earn money and chose exactly what weapons/attachments/perks to buy and whatnot. I know that they also tweaked and removed some of the perks and killstreaks (deathstreaks are completely gone). It seems pretty neat, but I wouldn't necessarily tell you to go out and buy it quite yet. I'll probably get some more time in with it this weekend and see.

Huh, one of the challenges today is 1m in Firefight (non MM, obviously). Sounds like a good opportunity to kick back and get into it like we used to on ODST (but I guess we'd need an interesting enough map. Beachhead is probably the most suitable with the Rockethog). We could tune up the difficulty and just let loose, take a break from the hustle and bustle of the normal playlists. Anybody up for it later today?

Probably the best way to do it is Beachhead Firefight Classic on Normal. It'll take a couple of hours though.

Not if you mess with the settings and turn the difficulty up a bit. We're pros, we can handle it!

I'm game though Shake if you still want to do it to try to get the Achievement at least since I guess you don't have it? If the lag is super bad though that might not be a go though, mainly only because it'll just wind up getting me killed a bunch which will end it.
